5 starsThis is our second home being protected by LeafFilter. The installation sub did a very thorough job and we are very satisfied with the product. We had a small issue that needed minor correction and we heard right back from the LeafFilter rep. We had the issue corrected on the day they scheduled it and the rep did an inspection of the whole job.

2 starsInitial negotiation was handled well however after sales service and follow up regarding verifying that the installation was completed up to standard was not done. What is my assurance that the installation was completed thoroughly and no damage was done to. My roof and or gutters? There was no post inspection!LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starIf I could give no stars I would! My work was not the gutter protection. The work was so shoddy, I could have done better myself and I'm an old woman! Plus...they severely overcharged me and it took nearly 5 months for them to come back and fix it, Now, trying to get money back for the price reduction I was offered - instead of suing them - still hasn't happened - even though I accepted it on 2/14/24. It is now 3/12/24. The original work was done on 9/26/23 and repair to their repair was done on 2/15/24. The order was for less than 50' of 1"x8" fascia board and a 19"x40" piece of soffit to be replaced and ***** the complete gutter and adjust pitch. They left gaps, used a 1"x8" with a knot hole where insects and rodents could enter and put the gutter IN FRONT of the drip edge so icicles formed behind the gutter. Two guys did this in 3.5 hours. The team that came to repair their repair spent 4 hrs one day and nearly 4 hrs the second day. The job is still not perfect, but acceptable - with the price reduction I was promised. As it stands - I am NOT SATISFIED.The rep that made this offer is now ghosting me - not answering calls or texts since 3/5 when he says "I'm working on it". 1 starVery dishonest sales rep. No plan to follow contract. Advised wanted to lower gutter in order to get a slope on the cover. Wrote contract to show that. Installers showed up and were just sticking cover over existing gutter with no prep or anything.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
