3 starsVery expensive products. After installation, nails were left everywhere. Im not sure yet how I feel about the quality of this product. I expected this to be top line. So far, Ive had water go outside the gutters and fall close to my house, which was what I was trying to prevent

5 starsThe workers came and were efficient. They cleaned everything up and everything looks really nice. The system has been working great with all the rain we've had lately. 5 starsThe product is great! The installation was perfect! We felt like the final price was fair. The sales representative worked with us to get the cost down within our budget. However, it was a high pressure sales job and the longer we held out, the closer the cost got to what we could afford. It would have been a much more pleasant experience if the sales person had priced the product/job based on Leaf Filter's material/labor cost plus a fair profit margin. We aren't against anyone making a fair profit. We are happy with our decision to go with Leaf Filter and will recommend to our friends/neighbors. Thank you.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

2 starsWe had gutter guards before but leaves and pine needles caked on top of them thus clogging the top of our gutters. The LeafFilter sales person assured us that would not happen with LeafFilter. Shortly after getting them installed, leaves and pine needles caked on top of them and I had to argue with LeafFilter customer service to send someone over to clean the top of our LeafFilters off or refund our money. After going back and forth they eventually sent someone over to clean off the top of our LeafFilters. Whether they will continue to respond to my service requests going forward or not, I do not know. To me if your home is in a wooded area (ours is) LeafFilters should not be installed, it's a problem and the sales person should have known this.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starI wouldn't wish LeafFilter on my worst enemy. Their service is some of the worst I have ever had.It took 5 service calls to maybe correct the problem. I had water running into my house and no one in in your company wants to deal with it. they have all blamed on me the homeowner.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsI was convinced our gutters needed to be replaced. Leaf Filter salesperson said their installation would resolve our issues without replacing the gutters. When the installer was finished all of the issues had been resolved without replacing everything. First heavy rain was few days later and the gutters easily handled the volume of water. Best of all no more climbing up the ladder to remove leaved and pine needles. Sales presentation was professional and not high pressure. 5 starsThe overall experience was amazing. From the initial interaction and quote from *** to working with the operations manager, ******* on building a package that worked for us. LeafFilter was prompt in getting back and answered all questions that we had as they came up. Once it came to install day, the installer showed up within the original time window and installed 7 gutters, covering the entire house in 5-6 hours. Installer were knowledgeable and helped with downspout placement and made a few adjustments after they had already finished based on our feedback. Very impressed overall with the professionalism, attention to detail and customer support provided by **********************.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
