5 starsI had previous experience with LeafFilter gutter guards on my eavestroughs, which have worked marvelously for over five years, despite the many trees (including spruce and Manitoba maple) surrounding my house. I was very pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of the installers each time, including this last time when I had my awning equipped with a new eavestrough and gutter guard. Also, the responsiveness of everyone from sales through finishing of installation was excellent.

4 starsSales person was great.Installer needed some training in customer service.There are a few areas where the wire is buckled.Only have had this installed less than 1 month.Liked the idea of the guarantee.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starWe are very disappointed. The Sales person told us that we would get a rebate and that is not true. The product is very expensive and we would not have bought it if we knew that there was no rebate. The salesperson promised other things as well that were not true. There was no written quote provided before the installation.The person who did the installation was very good and the workmanship looks good.We haven't had enough rain yet to see if it works.Overall I would not recommend this company.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

2 stars******** gave us a now or never deal, but found out it was well above what the average cost on line was for Leaf Filter. Left holes in our existing gutters which we will now have to figure out how to get caps or something to fix them. Dont know how they work yet.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

3 starsVery expensive products. After installation, nails were left everywhere. Im not sure yet how I feel about the quality of this product. I expected this to be top line. So far, Ive had water go outside the gutters and fall close to my house, which was what I was trying to preventLeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsThe workers came and were efficient. They cleaned everything up and everything looks really nice. The system has been working great with all the rain we've had lately. 5 starsThe product is great! The installation was perfect! We felt like the final price was fair. The sales representative worked with us to get the cost down within our budget. However, it was a high pressure sales job and the longer we held out, the closer the cost got to what we could afford. It would have been a much more pleasant experience if the sales person had priced the product/job based on Leaf Filter's material/labor cost plus a fair profit margin. We aren't against anyone making a fair profit. We are happy with our decision to go with Leaf Filter and will recommend to our friends/neighbors. Thank you.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

2 starsWe had gutter guards before but leaves and pine needles caked on top of them thus clogging the top of our gutters. The LeafFilter sales person assured us that would not happen with LeafFilter. Shortly after getting them installed, leaves and pine needles caked on top of them and I had to argue with LeafFilter customer service to send someone over to clean the top of our LeafFilters off or refund our money. After going back and forth they eventually sent someone over to clean off the top of our LeafFilters. Whether they will continue to respond to my service requests going forward or not, I do not know. To me if your home is in a wooded area (ours is) LeafFilters should not be installed, it's a problem and the sales person should have known this.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
