1 starHave had customer service issues of having to call several times to get anything accomplished on service the products itself has been buckling and paid over $100 for service calls several times asked for warranty replacement and they keep trying to send someone out to service at a fee. Asked a manager to call 3 times this last episode one has not called yet but have spoke to 2 different repair contracted individuals and customer service 3 times. Would never recommend a company that has a faulty product bad customer service and does not honor their warrenty

1 starWhen taken the order by your salesperson ******** he showed me the catalogue and stated that the technician will use the ladder during the installation but the installer climbed the roof and installed the filter guard and damaging my patio electric operated canopy , Now I will have to call the canopy technician and get it repaired who is responsible of the damage and who will bear the cost of the repairs ?LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starThe screens on the Leaf Filter, gutters, rip off easily with any bad weather, such as snow or heavy windstorm ..the warranty does not cover repairing of screens or repairing of any damage whatsoever other than a plug underneath the screen, they charge a minimum of $95 just to inspect them..Pineneedles stick to the top of the screens ,treesap sticks to the top of the screens and so does certain leaf debris as it plug them up. Ive had them on two different Houses and I would not recommend this productLeafFilter Gutter Protection

3 starsInstallation was professional, however, sales person gave impression the installers would fix the issue of water flying over the gutters during moderate to heavy rain, which is because of roof, and facia angle. Installer said nothing could be done, which I don't believe, and I didn't feel comfortable debating the installer. Wedges between gutter and facia would do the trick, and wedges were not installed, and I know pre-made wedges exist. Finally, no rain yet to see if low or high volumes of water will go into gutters and leaf material is blown away.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

2 starsworkers didn't show up prepared to trim the metal roof. (I brought this up to salesman)workers tried to install in a way that would be an incorrect install (Did not trim roof and only 1.4 inches of mesh was showing. I had to tell them what to do. They didn't clean the gutter properly. I told the salesman i didn't want to use **************** and he said that was just the credit check LIE. Cleaning the gutter thouroughly involved making piles of leaves in the gutter and throwing it at by hand. It was bad enough that during the next rain every downspout had gobs of leaves at the bottom. And there was roof trimming everywhere, we had to pick it all up so our dogs didn't get injured.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

3 starsInstaller did a good job, but he did not have the correct colour (white instead of brown) for the guards at the base of the Vs in the roof. He assured us that the brown guards would be provided and installed as soon as possible, but we have not heard back from Leaf Filter since the original installation of September 4th.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
