1 starOne of worst experiences I have had with any business. For price we paid I expected professional installers that knew product. The salesman gave a great pitch and made it sound like a simple install. The installation crew were just contractors who didnt speak English well. Made my wife feel stupid. They damaged our gutters. Did not rehang them all correctly. Did not use any chalking like sales person said. And put holes in my new blacktop where they rammed ladders into it. There was no number to Athens people who sold us to complain and finally after 3 attempts got someone who files complaint at corporate number. **** ****** who came out to inspect was very courteous and did a great job of confirming the install was not correct. After he sent his report it to a long time before I was contacted and had to send a video of the guy slamming his ladder into the blacktop before they agreed to fix it. I was then instructed to get quotes which was hard to do since it was a small job. I turned in the quotes and that is when **** came back out to chalk the gutters and rehung some of them. There is nothing to do where some were damaged. It was a terrible experience and your ************ could care less about the customer experience. We feel taken advantage of and have learned we paid way too much. You should be ashamed.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

2 starsEstimate started off well. Boxed presentation for leaf guards. Some good info. Then the drama. Im a senior citizen female. The estimate was ******* I was ok even if it seemed high. Told him I needed to discuss w family. AND THEN THE HIGH PRESSURE STARTED. If I signed NOW HE COULD DO IT FOR *******. More pressure tactic. I live alone it felt unsafe. If he could do it for ******* why not tell me from the start. It went from uncomfortable to feeling unsafe. I stayed firm and he left. Never doing estimate alone again!!!! And I wont use Leaf Filter!!! Seniors deserve better!!!!LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 star****** installation. The filter framing/covers are nowhere near seamless. The gutters werent completely cleaned. My gutters at the corners with the 50 year silicone sealant are still leaking. The installers werent the clean, uniformed workers with the company truck as in your television and Internet adds, they were obviously a hodgepodge contractor outfit that I could not communicate with.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starHave had customer service issues of having to call several times to get anything accomplished on service the products itself has been buckling and paid over $100 for service calls several times asked for warranty replacement and they keep trying to send someone out to service at a fee. Asked a manager to call 3 times this last episode one has not called yet but have spoke to 2 different repair contracted individuals and customer service 3 times. Would never recommend a company that has a faulty product bad customer service and does not honor their warrentyLeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starWhen taken the order by your salesperson ******** he showed me the catalogue and stated that the technician will use the ladder during the installation but the installer climbed the roof and installed the filter guard and damaging my patio electric operated canopy , Now I will have to call the canopy technician and get it repaired who is responsible of the damage and who will bear the cost of the repairs ?LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starThe screens on the Leaf Filter, gutters, rip off easily with any bad weather, such as snow or heavy windstorm ..the warranty does not cover repairing of screens or repairing of any damage whatsoever other than a plug underneath the screen, they charge a minimum of $95 just to inspect them..Pineneedles stick to the top of the screens ,treesap sticks to the top of the screens and so does certain leaf debris as it plug them up. Ive had them on two different Houses and I would not recommend this productLeafFilter Gutter Protection
