      I told this company to cancel the service and was still charged. I highly recommend anyone to never do business with them. I am still in the process of cancelling the payment. Customer service won’t answer phone calls. This company runs like a fraudulent scam artists.

      This was a really wonderful experience, especially for such a tense situation to be in. I worked with George and his communication during the entire process was nothing short of fantastic. The recovery was from and old traditional drive with archive data going back to the 60's! George was upfront with everything, from the work required to complete the request to the pricing to the likelihood of recovering the data. As I mentioned, it's never a good day when you lose unreplaceable data but SalvageData made this such a worry free process that I have absolutely no problem recommending them for your data recovery needs.
