      My case worker was Chris, he was very helpful in guiding me through the process of my data recovery. The service is a bit pricey, but was worth it in the end to recover my photos that I thought I lost for good when my old phone broke. Thank you for your service.

      I worked with Hugh ******* who helped me recover digital assets from a hard drive failure containing assets for a museum’s digital collection. He was courteous, professional and prompt. Hugh was able to honor a rapid turn around with at a discounted rate for being a non-profit organization. My only criticism is that it wasn’t very clear that the transfer media was not included in the pricing of the recovery cost which was a little blindsiding. The fee is fair but if it was a bit more clear or written in the initial quote would’ve been perfect. Aside from this, good service over all. I would recommend.

      Wonderful experience! My work backup drive stopped working randomly and Chris from SalvageData got back to me quickly and answered all my questions in a day. Lastly, he was able to recover ALL my data and sooner than expected!

      This company had my device for 5 months. They are terrible at communicating with you, the customer. I tried contacting Chris, who was assigned my case and after I approved the work, I didn't hear from him until he asked for this review. They automatically charged me credit card $1139. without my authorization. After no communication for 5 months.
