      This company is terrible. They accused me of trying to steal the data during the viewing and then continued hanging up on me every single time I called or putting me on hold and never coming back. I tried to contact them for weeks. There are four or five people that will answer the phone every time and I still have yet to get my data that they decided they wanted to charge me for even though I let them know that the data was not viewable during the viewing, I wasn’t able to open the files. I’ve tried reaching them. I’ve tried getting a hold of them and they told me the only way they can communicate is over email which I don’t have access to currently and I let them know that.
      But they didn’t care they treated me like I had done something wrong to them personally when all I was trying to do was open my Files, they were rude and didn’t care to help me at all. They continually change their pricing too. I don’t know, but some thing was very shady about it at the end of the day I believe .They continually change their pricing too. They won’t answer me and they blatantly hang up on me every time I call.

      My Grandpa accidentally deleted 100’s of photos off his camera’s SD card. Wesley helped me understand the process of recovery and it was a breeze! We sent them the SD card and within a few weeks got ALL the photos back! Thanks for the speedy service!

      Had a damaged usb. I overused it and it started overheating and could not be recognized. Lots of data on that drive and attempts to recover, on my part, we’re unsuccessful. Contacted Salvage and was connected with Hugh. Was a very easy process and am currently downloading the recovered files. I would recommend them to others.

      Was quoted nearly $1500 to recover my drive but was told it could be recovered and would be done in 2 weeks. 5 weeks later when I ask for an update they tell me 2 more weeks. Nearly 2 months after I gave the go ahead they tell me that they cannot recover it due to damage to the platter. Considering they had a chance to look at it and told me it could be recovered I suspect that they damaged it while trying to recover it and don't want to own up to it. Now they want to charge me to return the drive to me and the amount they are charging is 3x the actual cost of shipping.

      Data recovery is a complicated process and even thou we are confident in our level of skill, sometimes issues arise during the recovery process that cannot be foreseen or accounted for. It is easy to blame and accuse the company who is spending countless hours and resources in an attempt to recover the files you need, but we do not collect your payment, unless we are successful and there is little point for us to delay the recovery process as it is simply counter-productive. As for return shipping - we offer an option to provide your own label and the fee charged for shipping is fair and industry standard.
