  Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had to reach out to them every time to see where they were at in the process. They quoted me more than triple what other stores did. They ended up price matching but said it would take 6-8 weeks. I randomly got charged the full amount one day and had to go and review the files after the fact. I would never use this service ever again.

  I work in a very time sensitive field. Initially I was happy when I was told 24-48 hours to get my drive back...It took well over 4 weeks. Once the drive arrived, IT DID NOT WORK. So now I have to mail the drive back, and wait for another one. Dont bother paying extra for expedited anything, cause thats the guarantee of "recovery time" not "the drive gets shipped back to you in that time" Which feels really bait and switch to me. So here I am with $2,200 less dollars, and a nice 14TB paper weight, after being told I would have all my data back within 24-48 hours. (after paying the 500 dollar emergency evaluation) To say I am disappointed is an understatement.

  Initial (free) evaluation took much longer than expected. But after that a very smooth process. I chose the economy option and received my recovered data in under the estimated time. They only work to recover the data you claim to be important, so keep that in mind when listing your data. I only got the portion I listed as most important. BUT I got it back which is great. My contact Wesley was easy to get in touch with and helpful when I asked for updates.

  I received immediate help. Dustin was great to work with very responsive. Expedited service is truly expedited and will me get back on track asap. Expensive but worth it.

  Good results. Fast service. The ability to overnight a laptop and have it analyzed the next day was a big help. I would use them again for data recovery.

  Very good results. I was able to negotiate a price, which made the recovery worthwhile, but put me in the economy category, which meant waiting a month to get the recovered files from old disks that I no longer had the means of reading.

  The service was perfect! I received immediate help. Expedited service is truly expedited. Expensive but worth it. It only took a day and a half before my files were recovered and I could download them. Micah was very helpful through the entire process.

  A fantastic service! Stephen was my point person, and he kept me updated constantly and explained the process of data recovery in plain English, so I could understand everything that was going on.
  This is the type of service you hope you never have to use again (because you’ve learned your lesson about saving files); however, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if I found myself in this situation in the future. Highly recommend!

  Micah worked out a recovery price that was fair for my USB flash drive. I inquired initially over a year ago but did not follow through. I don't know why I waited. They were able to recover all the files on my drive. Non-expedited, standard delivery was about 3 weeks from the time I mailed out the media (free shipping) until I downloaded the recovery file.
  The recovery zip file was not so large, so it was super convenient to download in minutes rather than have the file mailed back on media at an additional cost. I would definitely recommend this service.

  George was absolutely phenomenal! From the very beginning he connected with me and his customer service was the best. The company was able to retrieve my data that I needed! I thank God for these guys. You will not go wrong using them.
