      Our SalvageData representative, Micah, was attentive and available during the recovery process. Considering the situation we were in, we are very happy with the service and outcome we received from SalvageData.

      While I did in the end get my data back, the process took ages, there was a lot of automated miscommunication and delays, and I don't remember being told that the quote we agreed on didn't include price of the drive I'd get back with my data on it.

      I am so happy that I found and sent my damaged hard drive to Salvage Data Recovery! They were able to recover pictures I thought were lost for good. They did an awesome job and the quality of service was top notch.

      Chris did a great job getting the photos off of 4 of the 6 phones I sent. One was broken and one was pre-smart phone, so couldn't retrieve those images. If I had known that he couldn't retrieve photos off of non smart phones, I wouldn't have sent it and had to pay for the attempted retrieval of that phone.

      Having a damaged internal hard drive, I want expecting much. Chris was very helpful with getting my claim started and delivered. Ashely went above and beyond expectations and made sure everything was satisfaction on my end. Overall great experience and excellent communication throughout the process. Highly recommended !!

      I could not be more pleased with Stephen at Salvage Data Recovery. A simple Google search last month led me to Salvage Data Recovery, and a link and a click later, I was talking with Stephen. A 5-minute conversation described what to expect: the ease of shipping, the cost for my size of memory, how to find the status of progress... I'm not kidding. This was entirely faster than expected. So here's the breakdown: Salvage Data Recovery gets your item, then TRY to recover, and if they can, they speak with you again to patiently explain cost and time. Is your stuff worth it? If yes, then move forward. The turnaround was fast! Stephen deserves 5 stars! I HIGHLY recommend Stephen and Salvage Data Recovery.
      If anyone is complaining about astronomical prices, there are other recovery options on the Internet. Also, you can pay for the basic service (time, shipping, size). Time IS money. We customers are paying a finite and specialized world. Maybe the "outrageous" prices are the size of the memory - and not some scam to take us for all we are worth. FYI, mine was a 32GB flash drive.

      I would have been in rough shape without this company and the service they provided. It’s a call no professional wants to have to make, but I am so grateful for their customer service. We had a mixup on my email address that delayed communication, thankfully they didn’t penalize me for it and still got my files fast.
