  Salvage Data exceeded my expectations as they were able to extract all the data from a broken flash drive and in a quick amount of time.

  My two laptops had experienced death by water and death by cat. SalvageData was able to recover all the bank transactions and receipts on those machines that were part of my responsibility as the executor of my parents’ estates. They saved me tons of work trying to recreate three years of accounting. Easy to work with, fast turnaround, easy to pay online. Definitely recommend!!

  My computer was hacked and the repair company I took it to advised there was nothing they could do. I found Salvage Data online. Chris answered and took care of everything from shipping to timely updates. Panic sets in when you think all is lost, Chris calmed all fears and advised what the process would be, answered all my questions and was a wonderful professional to work with. I am very happy to date and will be receiving all reclaimed data shortly. If anything like this happens again I know exactly who to call, Chris at Salvage Data. I can't recommend Chris or Salvage Data enough, wonderful representative and company with a reasonable cost structure, fast work and updates provided often. I would give Chris 10 stars but 5 is the standard.

  Loosing data can be a scary, stressful situation. Scary because you may never get that precious data back and stressful because the cost of data recovery is certainly not cheap. Thankfully I entrusted SALVAGEDATA to recover my files and video footage. The quote was free. I sent them my hard drive using a free shipping label they provided. George was very friendly and helpful. He made certain my hard drive damage was quickly diagnosed and helped to bring the cost down. The trade off of the price reduction was that the recovery of my drive would not be prioritized. I was told I may not get the recovered data for a few weeks, and I was okay with that. The recovery process actually happened what feels like a lot sooner than expected! My hard drive was returned, the shipping cost was already included in the recovery price, and George even provided accommodations with the new hard drive SALVAGEDATA provided, that helped to make my life easier and was also easy on my pockets.

  I was really impressed by the competence and excellent service of SalvageData. The hard drive to my electron microscope died after 20+ years of 24/7 running time, shutting down our entire research laboratory. I am so glad that Hugh Butteri helped get the hard-drive backed up and cloned. When we needed another back-up copy of the data, he sent it via Fed-Ex right away. The service and response time were amazing! I highly recommend Hugh and his team to anyone with a hard disk problem.

  Dustin was a lifesaver!!
  He answered the phone first ring and was available anytime I had a question. He was patient and walked me through the whole process step by step, even providing additional documents my advisor needed. He chose an expert in my type laptop and worked through the weekend to salvage my data—they recovered it all and it is on its way to me as I type in a heavily encrypted drive.
  I hope I never need them again, but if I did-Dustin and Salvage Data would be my first call.

  A few months ago, I was on a trip with my college. Unfortunately, I accidentally dropped my phone, cracking the back. A few days later I managed to drop it into the water, destroying the phone completely. I was out of country and had no service. As a result none of my photos from the past few months downloaded to iCloud. I was upset about losing so many memories with my friends. I was beginning to lose hope after Apple and Verizon both said that there was no way to recover the lost pictures. After doing some research, I discovered SalvageData. I got in contact with one of their representatives, George. He was very helpful throughout the whole process and was able to restore all of my pictures. Thank you George!
