      When my hard disk was failing. I called Salvage Data frazzled. I spoke to Tech Dominic who immediately helped me. He discussed my case and guided me on where to bring my hard disk. The process was easy and professional from start to finish. Dominic was highly knowledgeable,professional and responsive with any questions I highly recommend Salvage Data to retrieve your priceless files .

      Dustin did a great job walking me thru the steps and explaining the process. Turnaround was quicker than expected. Recovered files will be here Monday, expecting good results.

      I had a thumb drive that had all of my good sermons on there that was crushed by accident and really, I was disappointed about not having to work. Well saw this company and thought I will get the free evaluation and they did all they could then when I got the call, this is a shocker now, THEY TOLD ME IT WAS GOING TO COST ME 3,024.00 to get it all on a new flash drive!
      I mean WHAT! I CANNOT AFFORD THIS!
      They told me that I would be responsible for the shipping if they are not going to fix it for me and so I am not happy with this company and very disappointed in them! ALL of my good sermons are gone and crushed!

      when i first talked to Chase, i was quoted an all in price of $200, a price i thought was a bit high but i figured i would try one dvd. Once they received my dvd that $200 price ballooned to $500. The process was never clearly explained and i was led to believe that after recovery i would be given a chance to say that I did not see what i wanted and not be charge. well that was wrong. i would give this process a 0 if possible, but the lowest i could give is a 1. be very cautious when dealing with this company, you may get burned

      Chris was terrible…he didn’t return a single call, text, or voicemail. I ended up just calling the 800 number for customer service to get help. I scheduled time on his calendar once and all he did was complain how busy he was, everyone is busy, just recover my data. Nobody needs sob stories.
      Other than Chris, everything else went well. They were able to recover the data and the various customer service reps were very helpful.
      I don’t know if I would recommend this company though, the lack of communication was just unreal. It took over 2 months to recover data, mostly due to Chris’ inability to communicate.

      I am so happy with my experience! All of my data was recovered off of my broken flash drive! Chris Morrissey was great with answering my questions and updating me with the status of the recovery. I am greatly appreciative of SalvageData and everyone who worked on my case!

      Have to be honest. Chris was pretty unresponsive on so many occasions. First, I tried getting in touch through voicemail and text. Nothing. Then he told me to schedule a call through his Calendly app, which I did for Labor Day. He never blocked off Labor Day as a time to chat. Then he ghosted me on that call. On the next day, he just said he didn’t know why the Calendly app didn’t block off Monday. No apology. I was very concerned that a technology guy didn’t realize that he had to block that time off for himself.
      Then the estimated timeline I got back said that I would have my data around October 5. On October 19, when I hadn’t heard anything, I wrote to Chris. Nothing.
      So on October 20, I called the hotline, and a nice guy said my order was almost ready. Still no word from Chris.
      I realize that Chris may have things going on his life, but seriously, someone at this company has to be able to get back to me if he cannot.
      I am assuming my data recovery is on its way to me now that I’ve made the final payment, but I seriously don’t know if I would ever recommend your company to folks. We need to be kept in the loop. And Chris simply did not ever do that.

      Awesome and professional service that was able to do things that others couldn’t!
      In fact, when I offered my more than twenty year old disk to to other places for recovery, I received some outright laughs.
      So glad I found Salvage Data Recovery Services!
      I will be recommending Salvage Data to those trickling in with older technology with works that they may have given up on retrieving.
