      A Greenix solicitor named Briggs D**** came to my door. Rude kid. I don't normally answer my door but I heard banging noises and I thought it was ****** leaving packages. I told this young kid that I have a "no soliciting" sign and he said it didn't matter, that he has a permit for this neighborhood. Instead of just saying sorry, this kid kept arguing that it didn't matter that I had that sign. He was sarcastic and wanted to argue with me. When I told him this is my property and I decide who I want on it he told me I was wrong.
      I went to my neighbors house to warn her and he was there. To make things worse, I told him that I was going to contact his company and he told me to go ahead that his boss John would just laugh. He wouldn't give me the phone number but called his boss on his phone and sure enough his boss laughed and said Briggs D**** was a good employee. John was condescending enough to say "if you want me to apologize I will".
      Is this the kind of employee Greenix hires? Apparently his boss has no problem with his actions. I live in Canton Ohio and both the manager and this young kid needs to be reminded how to treat people.

      We were misled when we signed up. I asked the sales guy if this was a quarterly service and was told yes. Turns out the service is quarterly, but payment is $99.99 a month. We were serviced on 1 June and paid then 25 June We were charged another $99 and no service. I called to cancel our service and was told there is a $249 early termination fee. I complained about that and the salesman, on the phone, said the termination fee would be waived. He also said the $99 that was taken out of our bank account would be refunded too. I thanked him for that. Later that day I looked at my bank account and saw the $99 was not refunded and to top it off, $249 was taken out. I called and they said they would go back and listen to the conversation. After 2 days I finally spoke to a manager and was told they listened to the call and the offer to waive early term fee was never said.......of course they said that. I wouldn't have said thank you if that was true. Oh and it takes 7 to 10 days to get the $99 refund. That's crap. Stay away from these guys.
