      The worse service ever!!Tried to take care of a wasp problem with 2 treatments on the outside of my home in ********. One employee said they could not use a ladder to assist with finding the nest since that was the company policy.I was stuck with a $270 cancellation fee.

      Greenix pest controle . $376.00 to cancel after three useless treatments and one no show appointment. They are argumentative when you try to cancel and continue to insist that you need another treatment. It's 75 $ a month but they don't treat every month. I would rather have flush my money down the toilet.

      Had a service representative stop by. Never again. Will I do the stop by people again. I got my yard sprayed and the next day, nothing but spiders.. called and they never called back. Scammers.

      I had no issues with the service till I tried to cancel the service. The cancellation process is the most convoluted thing ever. I cant cancel online. I cant cancel with the main representative when I call the call center l. I have to be transferred to an account manager. That pesters me for reasons why Im trying to cancel aka trying to keep me in the service. And after I go thru that process they cancel it. Something that couldve been done right away when I call. In an age of stuff being convenient this seems like an on purpose process designed to trap the customer trapped. Thats not called putting the customer first. Just because its legal doesnt mean its ethical or right.

      Misleading Sales, Surprise Charges, and ************ I signed up for Greenix after a door-to-door sales *** clearly told meon videothat if I ever moved to an area they didnt service, I could cancel without penalty. We were upfront that a move was likely, and the *** reassured us multiple times that relocation out of their service area would waive cancellation ********* forward: Im moving out of state and called to cancel. The *** on the phone asked me to email the video proof so she could review it and possibly waive the half cancellation fee. She even gave me her email address during the call. But before I could even send the video, my card was charged $125.This is dishonest and manipulative. They claimed to offer a chance to provide evidence, then charged me anyway. I was not given a fair opportunity to resolve the issue before payment was taken.Even worse, the service itself was lackluster. We continued seeing bugs throughout the summer, and while we didnt make a big deal about it at the time, my wife frequently expressed her dissatisfaction.Its bad enough the service was subpar, but the bait-and-switch on cancellation is what really pushed us to file this complaint. Their contract makes no mention of a relocation clausedespite their ***s using it as a core selling point. Thats ************ requesting a full refund of the $125 and that Greenix honor the verbal agreement made by their sales ***resentative. I have video evidence and am happy to share it as part of this complaint.Consumers beware: do not trust what the sales *** tells you unless its in writing. Greenix does not stand by their word.

      Do Not Go With Greenix!!! Or Please read the contract because you are stuck paying them for a year!!!! The problem is gone after 2 weeks but too bad lady we are going to take money out of your account for a year. I am so fed up with lies and scams. Is there anybody out there who is honest anymore. Even when she read the contract back to me its worded in a way that it can be interpreted anyway you want it to read.

      Near as I can tell having greenix service get rid of bed bugs is like trying to catch water in a sieve, it ain't happening!!! After 7 weeks we have them worse than when we started. Don't try to get a refund they say they've already done the service so you can't get one. I'll agree they've been here but as far as doing the service that's a joke
