      I had someone named Kade show up at my door selling a pest control treatment. I have paid $125.00 in May, Then June 21, $79.99 and again July 21, another $79.99 . During this time someone in my household got a spider bite and went to the hospital. Greenix was contacted and said they would come out and treat the area again. I'm not even sure if anyone came out. I had a problem with ants and spiders around the house so I agreed to try them. I have paid a lot of money and have seen zero improvement. When I called to cancel the service I just got a run around and told if I canceled I would be charged another $200 some dollars. Don't fall for the scam of these people!!!

      Had purchased service for a year with them to try and give Greenix a shot. The next day they were out with their truck and similar to other stories I see posted, they were in and out before I even had a chance to even see what they did. A quick rush job and they didn't address any of the areas of the home the sales *** said they would. Unbelievably frustrating and then charged a cancellation fee on top of that so that they aren't losing money on the service. They are just another service company that doesn't believe in quality and just want your money.

      Horrible service. Reps ***** do their job and seemed to only care about pushing up charges. Very difficult to cancel. And after just using them for 3 months they charged me over $300 as a penalty. Given all the issues I explained the account manager insisted they could fix the issues. I told them Ive seen enough, but they still charged me. Im challenging the charge through my credit card company,

      Called HreeniX; Agreed to a 3 month/quarterly service and paid but beware since they Will continue to charge your credit card monthly if not cancelled again before expiration date! No customer service, long hold times, no manager available or way to expedite issue up.. My credit card removed additional months since this dishonest practice is common with GreeniX. Horrible company that act like the rats you contract them to kill.

      Very aggressive solicitor would not take "no" for an answer and had to be asked to leave our property multiple times. When he finally did leave, he yelled a sarcastic comment at our doorbell camera and then rode his hoverboard across our grass (right next to the sidewalk....) in an act of aggression. I have photo/videos from the doorbell cam showing this behavior and his greenix identifiers. The company appears to have been shamed for these behaviors in other reviews (******, Reddit, etc) and persists in these disruptive and unprofessional tactics to get you to sign a subscription that is difficult/impossible to cancel. Predatory all around. No thanks.

      Complaining about the outstanding service that Greenix DID NOT provide. *** was supposed to come between ***** today. Supposedly he was told that I was an open appt 8-8. I said absolutely not. I called at 12:16 to see where my tech was. I first texted the tech at 12:02. No response, so I called. After being transferred from one guy, then a lady, then another lady. So I had to repeat my scenario at least 4 times. I have all conversations recorded as well as the business does as well. I requested a reimbursement of the $39.00 and also requested that the contract be null and void due to not communicating to coordinate my first initial inspection and treatment. Very disappointed of the unprofessionalism of how their customer service went down. I explained that my time is just as important as their time. That my husband is disabled and seeks treatment from OSU-****/2hr drive one way just for reasons like this. Poor customer service, poor medical treatment resulting in my husband losing an eye and leg from ****** VA neglectful medical treatment. So I say that to say customer service is and should be held to higher standards, not just passing the **** and getting money. I just wanted respect of my time and a service provided at which they stated they would. I'm upset at the lack of professionalism. Anyone can be nice but if they lack communication and they don't stand behind their word. Actions do matter too. If they don't want to provide outstanding customer service and they prove that to their customers, believe them.

      **DO NOT SIGN UP, AND DO NOT PROVIDE YOUR CARD NUMBER.** To schedule an appointment, they require your credit card and force you to sign up for an annual contract. I called on Thursday, and they charged my credit card $39. However, when they informed me that nobody could come for an inspection before Monday, I found a local service that could come immediately.
      I called Greenix a few hours later, but they kept transferring me from one person to another, eventually connecting me to the CUSTOMER LOYALTY DEPARTMENT. I was not their customer yet, nor was I loyal to them since they had never visited my home. All I wanted was my $39 refunded. I was promised that it would be sent back in "7 to 10 days." They charged my card within minutes, but it takes them weeks to return something that doesn't belong to them?

      Told I could cancel anytime. Never offered any value to mice issue. For indoor mice their only solution was outdoor poison. After I killed my indoor mice and they killed outdoor bunnies, I called to canceled and for 3 months I would routinely call to cancel and speak to support and an AM. Month after month they would still charge me and Id have to verbally cancel again, and again. They wasted so much of my time on the call for 30+ 45+ minutes exhausting my time. I have a 9-5 Monday - Friday and very little down down. No time to sit for hours with these people who never follow through for a scammy service. Want me to pay $240 to cancel when I was told I can cancel anytime. Said they would listen to calls and call me back. Never any follow up just continue to charge me. No one should do business with this deceitful company that offers 0 value. Deceitful business practices. Run the other way dont walk.

      am extremely disappointed with Greenix Pest Control. This is the second time they have come out and completely failed to do the job.They promised to call or text before the visitthey didnt. They claimed they rang the doorbellthey didnt. Most shockingly, they falsely stated that they spoke with me, completed both indoor and outdoor service, which absolutely did not happen.For the outdoor treatment they claimed was done, none of the patio furniture or cushions were moved, which would have been necessary to properly treat the area. No photos, no proof, no evidence of any work ************ make matters worse, we are now locked into a contract, but they are not providing the services they are billing for and claiming were done. This feels deceptive and unprofessional. I regret signing up with Greenix and would strongly caution others to avoid them based on this experience.
