      Charged $300 fee after cancellation then called a debt collector without any notice of this fee. Worst customer service I've ever received.

      Continues to renew our contract without our consent. We signed for 1 year of services and was told November was the date in which our *************************************** calling support today, they stated we had 8 months left remaining on a contract which we have records for starting in June 2024. Services should be concluded in 1 month not 8 months. The contracts are VERY misleading and this is poor business.

      Shady business practices. The sales people lie about contract length. Read the fine print and don't trust their word. Then they charge 3x the monthly rate to cancel. NEVER again will we do business with them.

      Read the reviews! They are true. This company is not trustworthy in every way from their billing to their so call pest control. One of their employee planted a mouse at our trash can in order to sell rodent control. We had to pay in order to close the account. Trust these reviews they are true. This crooked company needs put out of business

      This is a horrible company to deal with. We had the unfortunate experience of bed bugs and were told they were experts in this. We had to pay up front before they would even schedule treatment, but when you're dealing with this type of situation your fears are easy for a company to prey on. After the first treatment I realized they had not treated our bed correctly. When the ********** came for the second treatment he told us up front that this was not his area of expertise, but that the first ********** was on vacation. I had to help him treat our bed and after we left he was "done" with our house in a matter of minutes. I tried to get satisfaction from the company, but had no real luck. In the meantime, I had to hire another company to treat our home. I was only able to get a refund of half of what we paid based on the lack of work that the second ********** did.

      Do NOT use pest control! They will do whatever they can to charge you for terminating, pausing, and they lie about the cost and withhold contracts from you that they claim you signed. Shady business with ******* customer service.

      Very pushy. Sells tactics. They charged me almost double what everyone else quoted after. I had already called them and agreed to have them come out. They had me sign the contract before I even got off the phone. And I found in the fine print that a cancellation fee would cost $350. The initial charge was $500 and then for $ $50 a month for 12 months. They said they would come out for the first 3 to 5 weeks every single week. I had agreed on them. Coming between 8:00 and 10:00 on Tuesdays. The first day he came out he text me and said he was about 10 minutes away, an hour and a half later he shows up. He was quick to spray and get everything done. The following weeks same thing. Inaccurate *** times. Showing up at the very late part of the window between 8:00 and 10:00. The last week they came out they didn't come out until 3:00 p.m. My daughter was laying down sleeping when they knocked on the door. I opened the door and told him that the window was from 8:00 to 10:00 and now my daughter was sleeping inside and he tried pushing his way through the door. I again told him that my daughter was inside sleeping and literally just went down for a nap. He turned around ie comment and said I guess I'll just say goodnight access and left. Since then and spent 2 weeks and they haven't came out and aren't replying to any of my messages. Even after four treatments I still have just as many bugs as I did before they came out.

      I called to confirm that my Greenix contract would not automatically renew and to ensure that services and billing would end once my current agreement was fulfilled. I made it clear that I did not wish to renew for another year or continue on a month-to-month basis. However, I was told that I would need to call again after my contract end date to request cancellation, as their system supposedly does not allow scheduling cancellations in advance.This policy feels intentionally inconvenient and designed to make it difficult for customers to end their service, potentially resulting in unwanted extra charges. Greenix should make the cancellation process more transparent and customer-friendly.

      This company is super pushy; they don't listen when you call in and just try to push the service more. It did not work on eliminating bugs but tried to say that is my fault because I should have scheduled more services. They charge a large cancellation fee and forget to mention that there is one when signing you up for this not-so-great service. I will be so happy when Nov 1st comes, and I can cancel with NO penalties! Because for whatever reason they cannot cancel until my subscription is up.
