  This company lied about providing service on Saturdays to get me to sign up for service then schedule me for *************** I told them specifically I work M-Friday, 7am-7pm can only be home for service on Saturdays!

  This company is Difficult to deal with. After making 5 phone calls in a attempt to get them out to address an issue, I was finally able to speak to an individual and arrange for service. They came out a second time and did not resolve the issue. When calling for service the next time it took 4 phone calls to finally reach someone. Each time I called i received a text message indicating that would call me back. They never did. They never came back to address my issue. When the Next quarterly service was scheduled, I reported my issue to the technician who advised that he reported this to management and to expect a call. 5 weeks later still no call. They finally after my 3rd call addressed the billing issue. I would NOT recommend using this company.

  Worse company I have ever had to deal with. Lacks communication skills, gave me the run around after signing for services, and didn't show up for scheduled appointment to initiate first service required for my bed bug removal. I guess the one good thing that came out of it was that we went with another company that was truly dependable unlike Greenix.

  AVOID THIS COMPANY AND ITS "PROMOS".While trying to get some wasps remove, I called this company. They offered a special promo for a year of service. I explicitly asked if I could later cancel the service and if there was a fee for cancelling. The seller said "no." But what the seller failed to inform me was that this free cancellation only applied to a 3 day prior to service window, not the worst contract they were desperately trying to push (now I know why). I'd almost rather have the wasps back...

  Consumer Warning: We had a representative come to our door despite our subdivision being a no-solicitation community. They pressured us to sign on the spot, claiming now is the time and promising not to returnyet they were back the very next day. The 18-month contract is heavily one-sided. Most importantly, the product did not work, even after months of use and a reservice. When we attempted to cancel due to product failure and our upcoming move, the company resisted, insisting we honor the remaining 13 months. These practices are misleading and not customer-friendly.

  My experience with Greenix has been nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did their treatments completely fail to eliminate any of the pests on my property--including spiders and bees--but the technicians actually caused damage to my property during their visits. Despite receiving zero results and incurring property damage, I was hit with a $299 cancellation fee just to escape their contract. The sales **** never mentioned this fee upfront, and I found myself forced to pay after being charged for services that did not work. I strongly urge anyone considering Greenix to look elsewhere; this company is a masterclass in misleading sales tactics, ineffective products, and horrendous customer service. Don't expect them to honestly disclose the terms of your contract either. And definitely don't expect customer service, account managers, or anyone else at corporate to care. If you choose to go with them, proceed with caution. Their service techs will probably break your fence/gate, trample your external decor, and need to rely on you to supply the most basic thing - water for their solution - because they don't arrive prepared. This means that even though they advertise that you don't need to be home when they work, you will need to be home to babysit. Just sharing based on my own awful experience and having to pay to end a useless and overpriced service left me bitter. Do better, Greenix.

  ***** this company at all costs. They asked me to leave a review at the very beginning of the service, before any work was actually done.And on top of that, they did not hold up their end of the agreement and none of the issues were ever resolved. Despite following up, the problems remain the same! Asking for positive feedback upfront while failing to deliver on promised results is very misleading. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for reliable pest control service.And yeah they charge you $399 fee for early termination of the service they cannot deliver.

  These salespeople approach your home. Start by telling who they are and how your neighbors signed up as well. They take your money for the first month do the spraying of home and yard and keep taking money out of your account and never show back up to your home. They also want to charge you a $299 fee to cancel after taking money for months!!!!
