      VERY DISSAPPOINTED- I had called and to ask some information about their service. All my questions were answered so I signed up for service got my first date on the calendar. The day of service I found out I was cancelled from service and someone would call me back to reschedule. I called them 3 days later. to find out from the accounting department that they didn't service my area. WHAT? I should have never been sign up.
      Wasted 10 days following this up. Waiting to get my refund and cancelled service policy.

      Jon did above and beyond my expectations. He was very thorough and also pointed out a poisonous plant that was growing by my deck. 10 out of 10

      Called this company today in response to internet ad stating $89 special offer. I needed carpenter bee removal. Representative named Steven says $89 is just an initial cost. Tried to sell me on going plans. There was no service for $89. He claimed ad says “initial” but it doesn’t. False advertising here.

      One star only because I cannot rate it a 0. Full disclosure, I have not used this service, this review is based on the way they try to recruit customers. A Greenix salesman came to my door a couple of weeks ago and I, regrettably, answered. I said no several times and he refused to take no as an answer. I told him we already use another pest control service. I had to get my husband involved for support and, even then, it was another 10 minutes at least before he finally left. He kept pressuring us and trying to scare us into buying this service. His sales pitch was completely dishonest and based on fear - he kept citing ants as a pest we would need to control before they ruin the house. After he left (within hours), our front porch was covered in ants - something we have not dealt with since moving into this house. This is not a respectable company.

      Highly recommend! They came out between normal mosquito services, and Payton the technician did a great job. Friendly, knowledgeable, and a great asset to Greenix.
