1 starSCAM!! WHEN I SIGNED UP I ASKED THE SALES PERSON OVER AND OVER ABOUT CANCELLING AND WAS ASSURED THERE WOULD BE NO PROBLEM. WHEN I CALLED TO CANCEL THEY INFORMED ME THERE WOULD BE A PENALTY FOR CANCELLING AND DID NOT CARE THEIR OWN SALES PERSON MISREPRENSENTED THEM. NOW THEY HARASS ME DAILY REFUSING TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT. THEY ARE SOME OF THE WORST OF HUMANITY. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM OF A BUSINESS.Greenix Pest Control

1 star***** in a contract we sadly signed for two years. Some technicians are good however more times than not we are challenged. Have had technicians bill us, but they never serviced our property. Remedied that by not being charged until we confirmed they had been on property. This took long negotiations with senior management Huge hassle factor. Most recently have had two different technicians barely treat the property When told that they had not completely treated our property they became hostile.Greenix Pest Control

4 stars**** was prompt, called and texted me to let me know he was on his way and gave me an ETA. After arriving he inspected the site of the wasp nest, suited up and sprayed and dusted and destroyed the nest.I watched from a safe distance and was pleased with the results.I'll give **** an A rating.Greenix Pest Control

1 starTERRIBLE COMPANY!!! WISHY-WASHY!!! READ THE 1-STAR REVIEWS!!!DO NOT SIGN UP FOR SERVICE!!!I completely understand the 1-star reviews. I signed up for a promotional period for service. It WAS two years and should have ended in like May 2023. I did not want to re-new because the cost far outweighed the service. Since May 2023 I have had probably 4-5 applications to my house, I have called in and texted several times asking to have my service stopped. And, I just received another application. I called in again today wanting my 2024 applications refunded - because I have asked more than once - and they tell me they can go back one application. Please ask me why I am being charged STILL for applications when I have ended my service with them after the two-year period. **************** is terrible. I am out over $500 because no one listens to requests, nor do they obviously take notes about calls.I'll be headed to court to settle. Maybe they will get the picture then.Greenix Pest Control
