      Horrible Business Practices. Charged me for cancelling services because the service wasnt upholding their end of the agreement. Their pest control does NOT work and while trying to resolved the failing services work, they scammed us Into signing another longer contract for a better service that still did not work. All the employees told me different things about fixing my service that wasnt working. They ended up cancelling me and charging $300+ when they didnt told up their end of the agreement. Horrible! Will never recommend them or use them again!!!

      I paid off my year contract because Im moving and transfer it to someone else. About 3 weeks ago I got an email saying I owe them money. I dont owe them money anymore since I paid off my contract . Today I got another email telling me I owe them money. They are a really bad company and their accounting department *****. No one should do business with this company ever. This company *****.

      I was told by a sales representative that the service being provided would be both inside and outside the home. After hearing from the technician that he was doing an outside treatment only I called in to address this situation. After speaking to 3 different managers, 3 separate times and being told they will honor the inside spray, the technician informed me he still did not have approval for the inside spray. I then called again where I was placed on hold for 52 minutes and was further informed Greenix will not be completing the service and along with this they would be closing my accounts. I have used ********************** for over a year and had never had an issue with them or their service, however with the level of unprofessionalism I was met with during the conversations, I am extremely disappointed in their customer service department and would not recommend their service.

      I called Greenix pest control on August 16th for a one time treatment. The technician told me that I have one more treatment within a month. I called today to schedule the second treatment and I was told that a second treatment wasn't included and the customer service person that I spoke to tried to have me sign up for more services. This business is a joke

      WARNING SCAM ALERT! SCAM!!!!!!!!!!! If there were no stars i would chose that. DO NOT USE EVER! Greenix is the worst company experience that I have ever had. I called ahead to ask questions about the service, was assured they did the things i was asking them to do. Signed the paperwork etc. When they showed up *********** tech said we don't perform that service, and left. and assured me i would not be charged. They then charged me $99 for absolutely nothing. I then spent 45 min on a call to get a refund only to be told it would take 7-10 business days. That time is time that I would be paying interest on a credit card for services I never received. I was assured again it would be credited back in 24 hours in email and SMS form and that didn't happen. Contacted them againte receive the same bogus line "sorry for the inconvenience, it was credited but will take 7-10 days" Again for service I did not receive. GREENIX is a SCAM!!!! BE WARNED!

      Where to begin? Lies on top of lies. The pushy salespeople will shove false promises down your throat until you reluctantly sign the contract. The office people and spray technicians will tell you differing information. Its not all organic and essential oils as the salesman stated. I read their product labels. Their guarantee says theyll re-service if youre still seeing pests but then you call and theyll tell you they cant spray within x amount of days. I did a better just handling the pests than myself before they came in to treat our yard. Then one last slap in the face, the $299 cancellation fee. I told him I would split the cancellation fee in half with them because I understand cancellation fees, but I also was frustrated that I had been lied to time after time and their services didnt deliver. They ended up charging me $199 to cancel. I SPECIFICALLY asked if I should expect any additional charges on my receipt. The lady told me no. Boom, $18.16 tax charge. Just do a favor and dont use this joke of a company.

      ****************. Super aggressive, high pressure high school and college students are dropped off in your neighborhood for the day. Still ringing the doorbell at 9pm at night after you have told them you don't want the services. Try to get you to give your wifi password because they "can't access their system in the area". Then card is charged for services not received. Took over an hour on the phone to get charge refunded - still waiting to see if it is actually refunded. Asked to speak to a manager and was told they don't take calls from customers! Don't use this service. Will be reporting to the BBB.
