1 starBUYER BEWARE!!! Technician came out to solve a problem with ground bee nests (yellow jackets). It never looks like they did not do anything. In fact, the bees were worst then before Greenix came. I was stung after the first ********** visit too. I was told by customer service and the ********** that if the bees were taken care of and they would come back free of charge if I was not satisfied. The company said that they would not fix the issue. After losing my temper and demanding to speak to someone who had the authority to remedy the situation, I was put on hold several times till they finally agreed to come again - a couple weeks later. I could go on, but **************** was not help, both **********s did not solve the problem. I would never use them again. I'm out almost $300 and I still have yellow jackets. BUYER BEWARE!!!! They are awful and I can't tell both times if they did anything to nest.

1 starHorrible Business Practices. Charged me for cancelling services because the service wasnt upholding their end of the agreement. Their pest control does NOT work and while trying to resolved the failing services work, they scammed us Into signing another longer contract for a better service that still did not work. All the employees told me different things about fixing my service that wasnt working. They ended up cancelling me and charging $300+ when they didnt told up their end of the agreement. Horrible! Will never recommend them or use them again!!!Greenix Pest Control
