5 starsEverything went very well from drop off to pick-up. The price was right and the people very nice and professional. Laid plywood down to protect the pavers in driveway. The driver had no problem placing the box where it needed to be. Highly recommend and will use them again if and when needed.Budget Dumpster

1 starHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
They are brokers that subs dumpsters out and do NOT take responsibility. I’ve called 14 times and was promised 11 of those times I would get a call back. I called the owner John ****. I’m waiting on a call back. Hopefully he care enough about his company to return the call.Budget Dumpster

John **** did respond and has sold his portion to his brother in law. Shaun with budget responded to me in an updated text “Jay thanks for sending this! We will be refunding the total cost. Of the dumpster and any fees as well.” Hopefully they will follow through on their promise. I’ll will update if Budget makes it right.Review fromDee R.
