5 starsHad a serious yard clean-up project. David from Budget Dumpster worked with me to solve the weight vs. volume issues and got me the size dumpster I needed. Delivered on time - picked up on time. Great job!

4 starsI am very pleased with Budjet. My phone Rep was one of the best I've dealt with. She takes the time to explain. Not on the other end Budjet can use some help. I kept getting computer email and and text as a reminder to can and schedule a pick up. The reason they need help is because there is no cross checking. I called in for pick up and still kept getting the message. I had got worried and called my rep Lauren to verify. I am busy and don't mind the reminder but I had to waste calls to make sure. I called in for pick up a few days before my term ended but Budjet was 1 day late on the pick up and I had to cancel other services because of this. Then the night before it poured rain which caused to be over weight by 90 plus dollars. Not right. Lauren was the best but just was able to go e me billing number. Budjet should allow her to fix.

1 starThe worst company to work with. They charged me for a 20 yard dumpster, then dropped off a 10 yard. Thier solution was to swap out the dumpster when full. I did not pay for a 10 yard, I paid for a 20. Then, they are charging me more for the dumpster, instead of less. Took 10 phone calls before i got a call back from supervisor. So many other issues with this company. Not enough space to write it all. Don't know how they sleep at night. This is the sixth dumpster I have rented from them. So much for pleasing the customer. Beware of the overage fees! Why oh why did i keep using their services!! I ended up paying an extra $1,000 for overage charges. You have no way of knowing how much additional charges you will have to pay until they take it out of your account!! Please don't be stupid like me.Stay away from this company. Do your research. Find someone else!!Budget Dumpster

1 starOrdered a dumpster and they cancelled on me at the last minute even after I paid close to 700 for a dumpster. They lied and stated they drove on my street and my driveway was too narrow when we’ve been outside all day waiting on a driver. No one showed up. They had notes in the computer from an old work order, 2 years old and wrong address! I get my money back 3-5 business days but they didn’t have a problem getting compensated so quicklyBudget Dumpster
