      requested service to attach gas line to newly installed water heater $1,000.00 for 30 minutes work?? Taking advantage of 75 year old retiree's, should be a crime.

      Roto-Rooter came to my home to look at a flood in an emergency. They made it very clear that they would need to come onsite to assess the cost of the work necessary to fix the issue. The technicians started looking at my flood outside, assessing the issue, and then charged me $500 without ever telling me the price or asking if I approve of the cost. They are completely unprofessional and regret calling them.

      This is Roto Rooter. Everyone I’ve dealt with previously who came were all very nice but this dude tonight was so RUDE!!! The dispatchers who lied and said they were managers (John and Earl) told me there was no guarantee on the work they just did a week ago after they didn’t fix anything in the first place. Mind you when I called on 11/26 they said my work was still under warranty from before (where they dug up my pipes for no reason while I was going through CHEMOTHERAPY!). I’m still paying for that! I called with the complaint about the little dude tonight and asked for a new appointment. They told me they wouldn’t give me another appointment after the guy left water on my floor! There was no water on the floor when he got here!! He stayed outside for a half hour speaking Spanish and said he was talking to his supervisor. I heard his entire conversation. He was talking to one of his friends! He left all of his ROTO ROOTER belongings here. He yelled at me and said…DON’T MESS WITH ME! I’LL FIX FOR YOU! There was no water on the floor when he got here! But you leave all this stuff on my floor because I asked you questions!?!! Like what am I signing? And is this under warranty! Are you all serious!?!? No one ever called me back to resolve the actual issue from 11/26 until now. This is ridiculous!! One of the phone reps said they always do this because they don’t want to do the work. The water mitigation team was great! Mostly everyone I’ve dealt with was great but that little dude tonight!! Not acceptable at all!! Roto-Rooter (Baltimore) Time for an attorney to go with the other class action lawsuits that you have because you were replacing people’s pipes like you did mine when there was ABSOLUTELY nothing wrong with them in the first place!

      On Thursday Dec 7th 2023 a Daniel came the technician from Roto Rooter came to my door on time was polite and professional however about 5 minutes later a Hunt the camera guy and George the cleaner arrived. After about 4 to 5 hours Daniel was able to clear the drain however my shower in my bathroom still fills up with water after I informed the rep today December 10th. Daniel took both of my toilets apart and instructed me to purchase a flange and Roto rooter would return to attach so both of my bathrooms can run properly. I went to ****** today December 10th call Roto rooter a Dorian said he could attach it for $750 I was like what do you mean you guys dismantle my toilets reattach them so they are properly functioning. Dorian then proceeded to tell me maybe he can get the fee down to $500 as if he was doing me a favor it was absurd and insulting when the job was not technically completed from December 7th. I have a none working toilet and a shower that still fills up with water that I paid $700 for they wanted additional money which makes no sense. Dorian then tells me would I like his business card I close the door he knew I was naive fool are gullible. This is absurd like everyone said they railroad women like it’s nothing. This company has no integrity and fixes your problem and intentionally leaves the job unfinished to ensure you’ll need them to come back. Daniel charge me to place a new flange on my bedroom bathroom and I’m confused why he didn’t go ahead and install a new one on the guest bathroom. It is all calculated and theft without a gun. This is not ethical or moral conduct that is acceptable. That would explain the lawsuits I seen Roto Rooter had pending against them. I would appreciate if someone would resolve my issue expeditiously Thank you and have a nice day.

      Impressed with the finished work. The technician, Darren, was very professional and was on time. I highly recommend ROTO ROOTER any time to unclog your drain.

      Shout out to Mr. C****** at the corporate office in St Louis MO for reaching out immediately to resolve all my concerns and reassured me that things have been resolved and was willing to make things right for me as a valued customer. I was extremely impressed with how professionally Mr. C****** reached out and resolved my issue. Thank you for your help with this matter.
