1 starWorse payroll company imaginable! Wait time to speak with a rep is crazy long. The reps are not qualified to answer basic questions. It is impossible to speak with a real person who is in a supervisor position who may be able to assist. After being a customer for over 15 years, it went massively downhill about 3 years ago. I finally cancelled their services and they continued to fraudulently debit my business bank account for hundreds of dollars after I was no longer using their services. Run far away from this company. There are plenty of others who would love to have your business.Paycor, Inc.

1 starTerrible and non-existent customer service. Sales staff lied about their system being able to integrate into Dealertrack. I had to manually post all my GJS. They are now trying to charge us for services after I cancelled their service. The sales shows you how great it works but its all a lie.Paycor, Inc.

We apologize for any miscommunication regarding the integration with Dealertrack. However, after reviewing your billing inquiry and cancellation, it appears that the billing is a valid charge. Paycor has a 30-day cancellation policy and bills in arrears. The recent invoice you received was for the services provided in February, as your cancellation was effective on February 18th. I opened a case prior but since Paycor does not have good customer service they did not even answer my opened case until after I made a phone call. I get BBB wants to protect Paycor. I do wish this payroll service on anyone.t. c.

1 starDo not use their service for payroll processing, lack of communication and taxes knowledge are their big issues. They are holding the first quarter SUI refund to our 300 clients and they didn't update the correct SUI rate for year 2024 because they want to take more fund from us. They made mistakes on our clients State Tax filing, we informed them in August 2023, as of today, they didn't make correction and it impacts our clients completely. Their employees don't have payroll and taxes knowledge, call different people get different answers, bad customer service, no reply, no response, they don't take responsibility, very very bad, we are planning to leave them soon, again, not suggesting to use their service unless you want a nightmare. If I can give negative star rate, I will, they are not worth even one star.Paycor, Inc.

The most common method is through a letter from the unemployment department, while the less common method is for the client to upload the information. We apologize if there was any confusion or lack of clarity in our communication regarding this process.In regards to the difference in the system for H M********t and P C****, our agent explained that we typically rely on the client to upload the necessary information. When you inquired about uploading all three hundred fifty clients, our agent asked if they were all under different tax ID numbers. This information helps us ensure accurate processing for each client.Moving forward, we recommend that you check with the unemployment office in ****** to see if they can electronically communicate all client IDs to us. This will help streamline the process and ensure accurate updates for your clients.We understand the importance of payroll and ************ for your business and your clients. They are unprofessional, we uploaded all 300 clients SUI notice to Paycor system in March, they took care half of them only, we contacted the CMS with no response and help. They uploaded the Q1 2024 tax reports in the system which using incorrect SUI rate, they don't listen the customers concern, it is very frustrating and irritating dealing with Paycor CMS, their tax team doesn't know how to correct the State return which Paycor made a huge mistake in year 2022, I don't see a reason why we will continue to use their service, this company has a big issue, don't use them.Review fromJohn T

1 starI was over charged 1500 for edi set up for a Ira, But Iras do not require edi set up. Regardless the service was never set up and when the deadline approached we switched payroll companies and our account was set up within days for $50. Our account was never created despite multiple attempts to reach out. I have called several times and given a reffrence number by s representative in a third world country. my dispute was suppose to be handled in 3-5 business days its been 4 months. in addition they continue to withdrawl funds from our not for profit bank account well after the 30 days required to cancle their services. they are scam artists and I want resolutionReview fromFederico G

1 starThis is company is terrible in term of problem solving. We had experienced couple issues with them. The most current one should be an easy one to fix. However, it took their delivery team over a month yet to fix it. I called their service team many times. Every time, their answer would be that they can't do anything but pass it to the case owner in delivery team. But the Case owner WILL NEVER respond. The case owner finally got back to me saying the problem solved. I reviewed it emailed him right back saying, the setting doesn't look right to me. He seemed fix one location but screw another location. He doesn't believe me. Today, we received our paycheck delivery. It is exactly what I was afraid of. Paycor's poor service caused a hung impact on our employee relationship. Employees got upset thinking the company doesn't want to pay them on time. Funny thing that we still has to pay Paycor for their delivery service. I've been in filed for over 18 year, this is the worse Payroll service I've ever had. I really don't recommend this company.Paycor, Inc.

1 starThey are the worst payroll company I have ever worked with. The implementation team was horrible, their employees kept quitting, and I had no other contact outside of my says person, who had no knowledge of anything, If I could chose zero stars I would. 1 starThis company is a HUGE SCAM!!! After speaking with and participating in a zoom demonstration with Jaco J******, we signed a contract, POA, and provided all banking information. Once we attempted to use the program, we ran into issues. After several attempts over the course of a few days, we were finally able to get through to someone in the sales department; she was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional! She had informed us that "we (paycor) determined we cannot do business with you." After I asked to speak with someone else for clarification and/or further guidance as I was now extremely concerned that all of our business and employees' banking information was already provided, she stated "there is no one here that will tell you any differently." After several attempts to get her to understand my concerns, she stated "I am not going to argue with you." Not once did this company place a courtesy phone call to our business!! They now have access to several bank accounts having signed and executed a POA. We have put all banks on alert about the potential of this company fraudulently accessing funds. All employees of Paycor should be ashamed. You are all preying on small, growing businesses! I am disgusted on a personal and professional level.Paycor, Inc.
