I think out decency PayCor should refund the amount they're supposed to and that never came, plus the second amount that they withheld to pay my taxes, since I have no intention to keep making business with PayCor. I have no time to spend 1hr on the phone with a supervisor. Last time I spent 1hr and 3 minutes on the phone, I didn't get a solution and the supervisor Christopher A**** ended hanging up the phone. So please if a supervisor would contact, I'll only accept that he/her is already familiar with the situation before calling, and is ready to refund me. I won't accept another hr on the phone answering 100 times the same questions and going no where. It's very unprofessional.Review fromDakota R

1 starFrom trying to set up the initial account to running the first payroll the experience has been terrible. No follow up on customer satisfaction. No response on critical payroll matters. No one to one rep. I suggest taking business elsewhere. I am still trying to get a stop payment on random fees they are assessing as of today. If anyone from paycor reads this please contact me I would love to resolve the issues I am still having.Paycor, Inc.

1 starFrom day one working with this company has been the most stressful time consuming part of my life. They are completely disorganized, lack the support needed for a small business (i can't even imagine a large company being with them) and don't have an answer for any of your questions or concerns. You go back and forth through emails and zoom calls and nothing gets accomplished... *** is a way better option. Using Paycor for scheduling is a BIG mistake that will not work right either even after explaining the issues present to numerous people, you still do not get anywhere. My rep at *** her name is ****** and I had her personal phone #! She was available to me 24/7 and did a great job. Unfortunately I can not control the choices my company makes only live with them and my life daily has become so poor due to PAYCOR!Paycor, Inc.

1 starWorst payroll company. Mixed up payroll when company was sold with that of the purchaser. Have caused us fines and repeated incorrect billing from the ***. No way to talk to company or send emails. No way on the phone menu to talk to someone without a customer number(this has been going on so long I guess they have deactivated my customer number) and emails are rejected. Messed up W-2 for employee. Incorrectly applied payments to FICA, etc. This has been going on now for nearly 2 years. I can’t believe the government doesn’t do something about this because who knows what any company actually owes or pays when using such an inept, obviously poorly managed and just plain wrong company. Please do not trust them with your payroll or your bank accounts.Paycor, Inc.

1 starWe have been using Paycor for many years, but the customer service has been extremely poor over the past two years. It seems like they blame the customers for system issues and expect them to be patient as they try to resolve the problems. We have faced multiple billing errors, which are very difficult to correct because the accounting and billing teams cannot be contacted directly. We have to go through an intermediary who is often clueless about how Paycor works and how to handle customer service issues. They always end the calls, emails, or chat sessions by thanking us for choosing Paycor as our HCM partner, but it feels like they don't value our partnership when we want them to provide the services we were promised. Recently, our company faced an issue with the Time Kiosk which resulted in our employees being unable to clock in/out for their work shifts. Upon contacting Customer Support, they informed me that they were already aware of the issue and were working to resolve it. However, even after 12 hours, no updates or notifications were provided by them regarding the outage until we reached out to them. It would have been better if they had informed us about the system issues. We are considering switching to another HCM platform and would advise others to explore their options before choosing Paycor.Paycor, Inc.

1 starRUN!!!!!! Started in July 2023. They were so nice. we started the process. It was a nightmare. They were rude, would not help us. nothing that they promised. We could never get set up. They were told that we were going to go elsewhere and that we felt they were playing games. WHAT COMPANY HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE? THEY WERE ALSO TOLD DO NOT TAKE ANY MONEY FROM OUR ACCOUNT!!! in December of 2023 months later, they tried to take 809.13 of our account. Thank GOD we put a STOP PAYMENT on PAYCORE. THATS THEIFT!! What were they trying to take money for? We never became a customer. We were never set up with them because they would NOT help us. Most companies will get everything set up for you. WHY would they except for me to do all the work. Is this not the reason company hire payroll companies to get help. I would definitely not recommend PlayCore to anyone. 1 starWe have been using Paycor for many years. Something changed over the past two years. Customer service is horrendous. They are rude and unhelpful. We thought because they were a big company, they would work well with others. They charged us quite a bit to integrate with our retirement plan and then failed to do the integration correctly. We switched in January to a new company. Despite the work getting things moved over, it is a massive relief. Paycor spends money putting their name on stadiums but apparently can't invest in actually doing a good job. Good riddance.Paycor, Inc.

1 starI'm a recently new client with Paycor and so far the experience is the worst I've ever had. I've had to switch payroll company's every year for the last 3 years and now I'm looking at doing it again after the experience I've had with Paycor. My onboarding experience was Horrible, they transfer you to a different person for each department so in all you could have 10 people getting you transitioned. My first payroll was Wrong, all my employee's W2's are wrong. due to my previous payroll company submitting 1 month of inaccurate pay dates and then asking Paycor to fix it 2 months later and it's February now and the W2's came out and they just got back with me after 20 phone calls, 50 emails, upgraded calls to supervisors cause nobody was doing anything with my case. Paycor inaccurately inputed a wrong reporting amount for the last pay period of my previous provider. Well, they said its all accurate today, well guess what, NO its NOT. they didn't do a darn thing and tell me its accurate?! i had to send them detailed information, add amounts up for them and show them where they inaccurately entered the wrong amount for all my employees. 1 starBeen a customer for 2 years and absolutely have nothing good to say. I have been round and round with them with no positive results regarding their inability to pay my taxes correctly. I have received multiple notices from Attn General regarding overdue Unemployment taxes, paid large fines, etc. I have had regular contact with Paycor who always assure me the issues are corrected - and that all taxes are correctly paid and up to date. I am clearly stupid because I keep trusting them when they tell me all is good - I should have reviewed reports more diligently and checked their work, expecially after being burned by them before. Found out again today that my ** is unpaid for several quarters, in collections, etc. Paid it up and called Pay cor and they have no explanation. Cant wait to change to a new company but dread the work that will take. Warning to anyone considering this company.Paycor, Inc.
