      HORRIBLE' HORRIBLE 'HORRIBLE' HORRIBL' EHORRIBLE.. I HAVE A BUSINESS ACCOUNT WITH ** BANK AND THEY ARE THE ONES WHO REFERRED ME TO GET SERVICE WITH PAYCOR AND I CALL THE PAYCOR TALK TO ONE OF THE SALE MAN WHERE HE WILL CALL ME 6 TIMES A DAY TO GET SERVICE. I WAS BACK AND FORTH ABOUT THE PRICE SO WE CAME UP WITH A DEAL WHERE I WOULD HAVE A DISCOUNT BEC OF ** BANK BUSINESS ACCOUNT CUSTOMER. AND I STARTED THE SERVICE WITH PAYCOR. AFTER MONTHS LATER THEY CHARGED ME FULL PRICE AND I CALLED THEM SO MANY TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID SOME WOULD CALL ME BUT NEVER RECEIVED CALL OR EMAIL AND ON TOP OF THAT SALESMAN NEVER RECEIVED THE CALL ANYMORE TOO ...... AND NOW THEY CHARGE CLOSING FEE ..I HOPE PEPOPLCE DONT GET ROBBERY WITH PAYCOR

      Always causes more issues than what it is worth. Excessive load times even with great online service. Just today, after punching out, it said pending.. then Boss called and asked are we having issues again with the software? We both would rather go back to paper. Haha. And the customer service is the worst.

      I do not know how Paycor got good reviews on other platforms. They are about as user unfriendly as can be, and when you call for Customer Support, you get past between payroll and time and attendance for hours. The left-hand never knows what the right hand is doing and keeps passing you from one to the other like a juggler with an orange. We will, we will finish the season with them and then we’ll switch to any other company other than Paycor.

      I registered with this company in the beginning of the year and haven't started processing payroll with them as of yet. When I signup I was told I will get an HR person and never did and no help with onboarding. Recently I was charge $1604 for early termination fee or tax fee this month. I haven't heard from them for months. Not sure what this fee is for and need to be reimbursed. This has affected us financially. I was with a previous Payroll company when they call me stating their service was better. I need my funds back please. It is unfair to take advantage of small businesses.

      This company is a joke!!! They are pushy and have no manners. They put me in a contract even though I told them that I did not really need their services because I pay my employees on commission and some pay periods are 0 pay. They tricked me by having me sign a contract that was supposed to be only for our other company and then charged my companies bank account for $936.00 for non compliance of the contract without my authorization. The bank is the one that hooked us up with this stinking company and I had to shut my back account down in order to file a complaint against them and stop unauthorized charges. We just moved over to this bank because of fraud at our last bank. Now we are having to move banks and our accounts again and start all over which is hard when you are trying to do business. I would not recommend this company at all if I could give them -10 stars I would. Horrible company!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

      Awful support. Awful service. Awful company. Had the misfortune of our local payroll company being bought by Paycor and the transition was poorly handled. Not one person from Paycor worked with our company to train us on their system. Customer support is outsourced to a call center where the employees have no clue how to help you with any issues. Any call to support will take up hours of your time and the end result will be nothing. Their online support center never works either so that is not an adequate option to use.It is impossible to speak to someone that actually works for the company. I've had several support calls claim they will have a manager follow up on the issue yet that never occurs. Now my company is stuck in a weird limbo where we can not even cancel our account as the form is in their support center that does not work. Do not do business with Paycor.

      This company used to be the best but in the last couple of months they have become the worst due to their poor customer service. I have had difficulty processing my payrolls for the last 6 weeks due the system kicking me out before I can finish. I have spent countless hours with Paycor trying to get it resolved and you can’t speak to a manager; that takes 24-48 hours and they was when I couldn’t submit payroll. I am dealing with a secondary issues in which 15,500.00 should be credited to my account and after waiting over a week; the response is to run a report with a video on how to do it. What? It’s unacceptable service and if anyone is considering this business, rethink that

      If I could give zero stars I would. As an employer I have never been more disappointed. Poorest customer service of any company I have ever worked with. They nickel and dime you every step of the way. Sales teams do not accurately depict the costs. They even neglected to pay Q1 taxes and I have been following up weekly to no avail for 6 weeks. I've lost hours of my time on the phone with them. Despite having case numbers customer service has no idea what you are wanting. Then, to speak to a manager get ready to wait 48 hours and they just say it's someone else in the company with whom they can only email. Stay away from this company at all costs.

      If I could give a minus 10 stars I would. Only gave one star because its required. WORST PAYROLL COMPANY. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. The customer service is non existent and they will draft your bank account until there is nothing left and then refuse to return your money for taxes. There is no fail safe for human error within their systems. They do not hold themselves accountable for incorrect tax reporting. They will not close your account after repeated emails and verbal means of communication to do so. This company is awful and should be shut down.

      My employer changed payrolls in 2024 and unfortunately switched to Paycor/Payactiv. It's been nothing but issues. Hours not updating, earned wages taking over 48 hours to appear, the list goes on.Today I noticed I have $ for earned wages to withdraw so I clicked on earned wages, and then it showed $0.I contacted them and was advised my Ondemand option was deactivated and they don't know why. They asked me if there's been a contract change with my employer. No, there hasn't. Now I get to wait 48 hours for someone to review on why this happened...What kind of company deactivates a feature and there's NO INFORMATION/NOTES on why this occurred for a representative to relay to the customer? It doesn't make sense which is why there's something shady with this company. I wish my employer never changed to Paycor, absolute worst!

      This issue has been resolved....although they still aren't updating hours within 24 hours as they advertise.
