      This company took $4,000 from my account for a reprint of W2 we did not request. After pulling internal calls we were told that they would give half back to us .Which is an insult in itself, but out of financial duress I accepted. Three months later and lots of phone calls we have yet to receive our money back. Now they claim it was denied after submitted 3 months ago and I guess decided not to tell us. For a small business' this is a lot of money. Every call to this company is just a run around. This issue needs to be resolved. Its funny how company's are so quick to take your money, but feel they are entitled to refund it at any rate they choose. I have been nice over the last 3 months but will continue to escalate the issue until someone of authority calls me and rectifies the situation.

      I wish that I check theses reviews prior to signing up for Paycor services. I was giving a great deal to join, 50% off, and they promised to help since am new to this. I ended up paying twice the regular rate, and no help resolving the issues. They tend to be worried about collecting fees and adding penalties rather than taking the time to look into and resolve customers’ concerns. Very disappointed

      I guess my complaints are the same as everyone else's here. Terrible customer service. We were told we'd have dedicated reps and once we signed on they changed that and now we speak with people on the phone who can only put in "work orders" that never get resolved. or get resolved long after we already had to find a work around. It literally causes us compliance issues. We've had such issues with getting new employees onboarded that I9's weren't submitted on time, there were issues with employee pay, etc. Paycor embarrasses us every week in new employee orientation because employees cannot complete their onboarding and they cannot log into their accounts or reset passwords. Employees have issues regularly with the app and employees hate Paycor. Our company uses to HRIS systems from a recent merger and literally every single HR rep voted to go with ******* because Paycor is such a terrible system. I would never recommend them and the sooner we can get onto ******* the better. When you have less than a 1.4/5 on the BBB rating you obviously are a pretty crappy company. Oh, we also recommended another company to get Paycor right after we did before they yanked all the customer service out from under us. That company ended up pulling out less than a year later because of all the issues. Nothing like making an ass of yourself by recommending another company get such an embarrassingly bad HRIS system that caused all kinds of employee issues and cost the company money and ruining a relationship with another company in a county with 10,000 people.

      What I want is for Paycor to respond to any work order or complaint I've already raised. I don't need some nice sounding response on a BBB review, I need actual customer service. I need the system to work and not cause issues for myself and my employees on a daily basis. I need password resets to actually send readable codes and not cut off numbers that employees can't see. How am I supposed to reach out to your client support team when you don't even help with my day to day work orders and issues? I put in a complaint after a work order submitted weeks ago has not been resolved your customer service team then tried to set up a call with me less than 24 hours later when I wasn't available. I tried to reschedule and have heard nothing back. This is the problem. Quit cutting back on your customer service staff and cut your sales staff. Literally the only people in your company who are good at what they do, which is lying to sell your product.

      Thought we had problems before we switched to Payco, now I wished I had stayed with our old provider! Absolutely horrible! Incompetent support staff, will not return emails or calls regarding cases, close cases without resolution.
      STEER CLEAR IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO FIND A SOLUTION, THIS IS NOT IT!

It looks like 2 of the times the rep was able to assist you on the phone and the other case the rep was able to follow up to resolve your issue via email the same day.       Paycor is the absolute worst!! Giving them a 1 star review is generous!!! They don't respond timely to questions; you don't get an assigned customer service rep so you have to email or chat with people and each time you do, you get a new case # even if you are inquiring on the status of an existing case. We recently closed our account and they won't take calls over the phone even on existing tax cases where they didn't pay taxes on time. I would never recommend anyone using Paycor for their payroll services - I regret we were with them for almost 2 year. By far, the WORST customer service I have ever experienced.

When we close an account, we have a signed contract stating that the client needs to download any information they need and allow a month to do so.       BEWARE! If you become a former client of Paycor, they will ignore you if you need help with an issue at the time of service. They only department available to assist is the Deactivation team and they ONLY communicate via email. There is absolutely no way to speak to someone on the phone. If you call Paycor, your only options are current client support or the sales team. The sales team could care less about helping or escalating the ticket. We requested help for an issue and it took OVER A MONTH to get a response. Even reaching out to direct contacts were were ignored and no one said they could really do anything to help. Their process for former clients abhorrent and convoluted and we will NEVER use or recommend them to any one ever again.

      If you take feedback seriously and want to improve your processes as you so claim, here is my advice. Allow the deactivation team the ability to speak on the phone. I was told that he authorized rep could just sent an email and have additional contacts added. However, I was later told a contradicting statement that "due to the age of this account and that it is coded as lost, we are unable to add any other contacts to this account." Allow for a better process for former clients otherwise they will be certain to never return and discourage potential clients from going to you. It is absolutely ridiculous.

      Paycor was great when we started using them in 2017, but we have been noticing the difference in their services in 2021/2022. We stopped using Paycor in December 2022 for that reason (which was not easy to terminate their services with all the run around we got), and when we terminated their services, we were told that our employees would have access to their paystubs and tax documents for 12 months. Our employees have been trying to retrieve their W2 to do their taxes, but we no longer have access to them as employees. They are impossible to get a hold of someone to speak to, and when I email their deactivation team and open a case, I'm getting replies saying that we need to pay $100 month to restore access. I do not recommend Paycor if you want to keep your sanity.

We understand that terminating services can be challenging, and we will certainly take your feedback into consideration as we work to improve our processes.In terms of accessing your employees' W2 forms, we understand how important it is for your employees to have access to their tax documents. While we do provide access to paystubs and tax documents for 12 months after service termination, it appears there may have been a miscommunication about how to access these documents.       I have yet to hear back from Paycor regarding how to access these documents. Only communication I received was that I can pay for extended access. Not sure when we have to pay for extended access when we are supposed to have access to paystubs and tax documents for 12 months after service termination.Also we were invoiced and debited via ACH for Paycor Recruiting Pro in February 2023. We haven't used Paycor since December 2022. We need the refund for these charges ASAP. This is ridiculous that you cannot speak to anyone at Paycor regarding issues because there is no phone support for former Paycor clients. I will expect someone to contact me as soon as possible to take care of the charges and to give us access to our tax documents and previous pay stubs.

      So hard to get ahold of any one at the company. Takes 2-4 weeks to respond to a ticket - if they respond at all. We are no longer their customer and trying to get ahold of anyone is even harder! Hasnt sent my company a copy of the W2's or W3 or Quarter 4 tax packet. Sales wont help either.

      Paycor is the worst! Zero customer service. Haven’t received a return call in years. Switched to a new company in January after being with Paycor gor 10 long miserable years. DO NOT USE PAYCOR! You will be DISAPPOINTED. NO ACCOUNTABILITY. To many complaints to itemize. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! One broken promise after another. No dedicated account managers. Each department is pieced out. Right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. Over billed us over and over!!! They care more about having their name on a stadium than their customers. Most disrespectful company I have ever encountered.
