      I was a customer of theirs. They processed a payroll paid the owners pay to an employee we notified them 4 days prior to the payroll being processed and was told there was nothing they could do. They then proceed another pay roll paying the owner. After the original payroll they then went to the employee and got the money back. The whole way thru the process we could only communicate with them by email.

      Customer Service is extremely slow if you can even get someone to stay on the phone with you. I have been disconnected 3 times and have requested to speak with someone in the United States. That request has been denied. The software is lacking the ability to operate correctly as well as no customer service.

      Paycor is the worst payroll service that my company has ever used. They refused to run my payroll and my employees were paid late. They are the worst and if anyone is thinking about using them, please read all comments below because you will be sorry.

      Worst Company Ever!! Zero Stars.are paycheck company dumped us on Paycor and it has been the worst experience for our office. The reps are a call center and of no help. I already have tried to cancel for months and they keep lying that they have a ticket in to cancel, but keep sending me invoices in the mean time. NEVER USE PAYCOR

      We were dumped on Paycor after ******* was taken over by them. Customer service reps are horrible, cant answer simple questions. No dedicated team assigned to accounts so if you have any issues its a crapshoot whether or not youll get a resolution. Looking into other payroll companies. Paycor is terrible!

      Paycor is the worst payroll company I have ever dealt with. Take my advice and stay away. I give them one star only because if all you do is a simple payroll they get that right, although even this at times has been screwed up! We have had issues with them from the beginning. Starting with our first payroll with them - instead of processing payroll via direct deposit, everyone got paid in checks. When they amended to pay everyone via DD - they forgot to turn on the Direct Deposit switch and no one got paid at atll! In another payroll, NY state taxes were not taken out of the employee's payroll - no explanation and took 4 reps to fix this problem. Files that are supposed to be sent to ******** carrying 401k information were not sent properly and this took 4 months to resolve. We have had payrolls funded from incorrect bank accounts, employee contributions for benefits suddenly stop, or pay increases revert back to the previous salary. When questioned why this occurs - "We don't know"! Customer service is awful. They just keep moving you from one rep to another, with issues taking months to resolve. We had Fidelity for payroll before they abandoned the payroll business and frankly we feel our company. They were wonderful with knowledgeable reps and an excellent payroll system. Paycor does not even come close to their customer service, payroll processing, and reports. Paycor prefers to spend its money not on training their employees or in having payroll processes that work properly but instead marketing for their company in their home football stadium! Obviously we see where their true interests lie and it is not in their core payroll business. I repeat - STAY AWAY!!!

      I wish I never went with Paycor, I am going to do everything I can to drop them by 01/01/24. I have many tickets open with no response, and some of them have to do with hard working people who simply want to get their direct deposit changed. I was told that it will take the IT department 5 days before they even look at an escalated ticket. I had users PTO just disappear for no reason and Paycor said. "oh, that happens from time to time, and we don't know why Most of my field users tell me that the experience they have with Paycor is just awful when it comes to clocking in and out. I spend so much time correcting timecards when the issue is 99 % of the time a Paycor issue.Do yourself a favor and do not go with this company. I only wish I would have taken the time to do more reviews before I decided to go with Paycor.

      Do not use this service as the support for it is awful. They don't seem to care what issue you are having, including payroll issues, to respond to any concerns or escalations. Every technician tells you something different. The salespeople swear up and down they'll be with you and you can always use them as a resource and then they disappear and don't respond either. The system is okay as far as user-friendly for the most part. There are some things that once implementation is over you are left hanging out there on your own to figure it out. If I had it to do again I would not recommend Paycor as the system for my employer to choose. I see another implementation with a new service in my future.

      They are completely incompetent and add fake, double charges and leave you to fight them with no recourse other than to get an attorney. I would advise everyone to run away from Paycor. I used them for the last 7 years and the last 2 years have been h*** with many bogus charges that we are still fighting and we are now running to another. Bottom Line: if you don't care about your payroll company scamming you for several hundred extra dollars per year, and you don't need any competent customer service, then use them. If you care about your business, then you should NEVER consider them.

      RUN AWAY!! Do not fall for the sales pitch. I cannot believe how incompetent this company is. Worst business decision to change to Paycor, and now we must migrate back to ***. Do yourself a favor, use ***.
