      If I could give them 0 stars I would. Their costumer service is non existent. My license I literally suspended now because I can not get a hold of anyone to have my contract *********** service location is telling me to call corporate, there is no automated option for extending a contract, and you have to pick an option or it just goes in a loop. So Im forced to chose an unrelated option and be on hold for two hours until the call just drops.

      I've had lifesaver interlock since 2014, I see multiple complaints about customer service , both with customers and service providers not being able to speak with anyone . With extremely long periods of hold times , phone and chat , why is absolutely nothing being done to correct the situation ? Lifesaver does not have to accountable to anyone except state requirements , that fact
      is clearly not on the website , I.E. Customer service may have long delays , when a prospective customer is choosing an interlock provider . Many many customer, and service providers, have complained about the same subject , nothing is addressed . The customer isn't being informed of the customer service issues , therefore incomplete advertising is misleading customer to make a very very expensive decision , the contracts with the customer are 1 year or longer , at an average of 70-80 dollars a month over 1000 dollars , including install and removal fees . Why is Lifesaver exempt from resolving any concerns ?

      Lifesafer is not just garbage of a so called company they are a fraud of a company in so many ways they do not give a single care in the world that there devices are absolute trash and faulty I have had nothing but problem after problem after problem and what does lifesafer do to make it better ?!! Nothing at all besides feed you ******** and broken promises to make you Believe they will get the problem resolved the worst hands down the worst **** company ever they need to get shut down and re evaluated trash company 3 days ago my interlock kept saying abort then it would go away and currently now for the past 2 days it says abort and lock out and service I have had this device for over a year and a half I know how to use it and clearly there equipment is faulty I’m beyond livid due to the fact that I have had to hitch rides to work due to this joke of a company’s faulty trash equipment I also talked to a lifesafer rep then again someone who doesn’t give a **** what’s going on or what you have to say and earlier today the lady said if it keeps saying abort hook up another car and try to get juice to it ??!! I tried that and she said if it didn’t work she would restart it so I could drive my truck to work and schedule the soonest appointment ….!! I just got off work earlier followed the procedure as told did not work …so the lady I spoke to earlier said if it didn’t work she would put it on my account notes for a override so I do not have to pay for a tow truck …so after I tried hooking my truck up says abort again I called back life safer and told them what was going on and once again fed a bunch of ******** oh well if you can’t get it to work you will have to pay for a tow truck …I’m beyond livid I can not wait to sue this company and everyone else tag along this company is fraud a joke and all they tell you is what you want to hear but absolutely not about there word so disappointed wish I went with another interlock company then them they are a scammm!!!!!!

      Worst pieces of ?? on planet earth! Hands down worst company EVER! CROOKS THIEVES!
      They do unauthorized transactions to your bank account! They hide and prey on people in distress.

      Mr. ******** we kept in contact with you and gave you 5 months to make payments toward your balance, yet you never did, so we had to take further measures to collect the fees you owed us from your removal 5 months ago.

      ***** **.. I wouldn't hire this company to keep the flies off a pile of my *****..... Excuse after excuse after excuse of why they couldn't give him a can of a simple code so he could drive my truck for 5 minutes to diagnose it.... Instead 3 weeks later as it sits it locks out the damn truck... Which then killed my batteries.. so I had to pay to have the truck towed to my residence... The truck has a bad transmission it'll never drive again.. so I would advise you to get a mechanic to come take your device out of my truck at my residence... Cuz I can promise you on everything I'm saying I will not pay a tow truck to drive the truck back and forth all over town so you can get your device... You guys absolutely ignored and refused to do what you're supposed to do... And I can promise you I'm not sitting on the phone another minute I've got hours upon hours upon hours of waiting for one of your flunkies to answer the phone just so they can babble a bunch of ******** and resolve nothing.... My new truck coming this week will not have your device nowhere near it... And I have recorded my last couple of phone calls that I made and how long I sat there for 2 hours and 38 minutes 2 hours and 53 minutes... And I will be seeking legal advice... How is a nationwide if not global business that's open 24/7 have people on the phone for 3 hours before the phone cuts off to start the whole process all over again you guys are pathetic.... And to add insult to injury.. is that redundant and blatant lie of a automated recording that you have to listen to for 3 hours claiming that this is a unusual situation and we might be on hold for more than 10 minutes.... Oh and in some advice.. get some different elevator music.. I feel like I'm in a silence of the lambs movie listening to that ******* Beethoven or whatever the **** it is for 3 hours....

      Worst customer service ever. Overcharging me. No one ever answering phone on customer service. Waiting for hours with no answer. No response from ****. No response from sales person via email. I want these removed so I can go somewhere else. I cant even get an appointment set to get them removed. I want somebody from this company to call me or email me.

      Everything everyone wrote below and more. This is hands down, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The devise does not work properly. I am currently on hold, again, it has been over an hour. This is my fourth call, each time I waited over 2 hours. Despite getting through to someone ONCE, and being assured that I would receive a call back, I have not. The company is a scam and should be shut down. One star is too high of a rating, unfortunately it is the lowest rating possible to give.

      This device has KILLED MY BATTERY in my hybrid car. I asked, SPECIFICALLY, if they are compatible with hybrids.. was told YES!!! Thats a giant LIE!! And, now, they are attempting to charge me TWICE A MONTH, for the service that I was told would be once a month!! They are charging me over $300 A MONTH, FOR THIS DEVICE THAT MAKES MY CAR BATTERY DIE, EVERYDAY!!! WHY IS THIS OKAY?!?!?!!

      Lifesafer claims to offer a superior device in comparison to their competitors, but they are actually offering you a very touchy, very flawed device! First off it's asinine to claim to have the "most accurate device" when it cannot tell the difference between windshield wiper fluid and breakfast pizza or a blood alcohol content over the legal limit! Also let's talk about the ridiculously short wait time between start up test and random rolling tests... for a company built to "keep the roads safe" you sure do create an abundance of distracted drivers with these rolling test (also don't insult our intelligence with a comment like "they're supposed to pull over" You know, I know, your mother's hamster knows that nobody is pulling over to do you random retest)
