      Used their online delivery service, and was charged $197+ dollars for a turkey. A 200lb turkey at that. That is a whole human, and where do they have these? I sure didn't get one. Not even the one I ordered. I've tried their telephone # and was placed on hold for over and hr. Tried their live chat and the agent disconnected in the middle of helping me. No resolution or attempt to reach back out. Their email service non chalantly responded, and then never responded back with resolution. It's been 4 days

      Negative stars. Someone gained access to my bank cards that were saved on my Kroger app and used them to buy $150 worth if gift cards from a Kroger store in Lexington, KY. I live in WISCONSIN. I filed a fraud investigation through my bank, like any normal person would. They refused to acknowledge that these charges were fraud and had the nerve to tell my bank that not only did I make the purchases but I also did it IN PERSON. I don't know how I managed that from behind my work desk in Wisconsin. Now, because my bank asked for a charge back during the investigation process, their response was to LOCK ME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. When I called about this, they said they'll only unlock my account when I provide proof that the charges were fraudulent, knowing very well I can't do that. After speaking with the investigator at the bank, she said they're pretty much telling me they don't want my business anymore. ALL YOU HAD TO DO WAS ACKNOWLEDGE THE CHARGES WERE FRAUDULENT! ??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????They think locking me out of my account will force me to let the issue go, but all they did was fuel my fire.?????????????

      Some Kroger stores are better organized than others.
      Yesterday, November 9, 2022, I bought salmon from the Kroger store on
      ***** Springfield Pike, Cincinnati OH, 45215
      It smelled terribly. It was decomposing....
      In other Kroger stores, for instance on ****** Road, I did not have this problem before. Also, the bread selection is much better on ****** road.

      I have had enough of Kroger and am VERY PROUD to say that as of today (11/8/22) I will no longer be doing ANY sort of business with that HORRIBLE corporation. I have been a great and loyal Kroger Pharmacy customer for over (15+) years. I have overlooked ALOT of **** they do, but for Kroger to continually make the same mistakes over and over and be disrespectful on top of that…is a no go for me. The Kroger Pharmacy employees ALWAYS screw up your medications, they’re rude as **** and very lazy and they have absolutely NO regards for their customers. Kroger SUPERVISORS AND MANAGERS ARE JUST AS INCOMING, LAZY AND RUDE AS THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE!! I have gone to pick up my prescriptions on many occasions, and these LAZY IMBECILES will continue working as if they don’t see you standing there waiting to be helped..oh!! And DON’T ask them any questions pertaining to your health because they will either give you the WRONG advice that can be very detrimental to your health or they give you a nasty attitude because they don’t want to answer your questions. Take my foolish advice and take your business and hard earned money elsewhere for better customer service, medicines and prices. Kroger is a TOTAL WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Good riddance!!! I had been contemplating for some time now, about not doing anymore business with Kroger, and after careful thought I am ecstatic about leaving this garbage of a company. Kroger doesn’t deserve my money or yours too. Good bye and good riddance…on to bigger and better things! No more Kroger..hip hop…HOORAY!!!!!!!!!

      I’m going to start this by saying I will never shop at Kroger again!! I have been using their pickup option for groceries since the start of the pandemic. Today I decided to get my turkey for Thanksgiving along with a few other groceries totaling around $91. I ordered a 20 lb turkey at $1.99 per pound. I picked up my order which included my turkey. When I got home, I checked my online receipt to verify I was charged correctly. Imagine my surprise when the receipt showed my debit card was charged $399.24 because I was charged for a 174.6683 lb turkey at 1.99 lb for a total of $347.59. Silly me thought no problem this was an error by Kroger and that they should be able to fix it immediately, so I called the store. I first spoke with someone in the pickup department. They had no idea how to retrieve the receipt to fix it, so they wanted me to call the corporate number. I told him that would not work for me and could he connect me with a manager. He said his manager was on break, so I asked to speak to the store manager. He then proceeded to yell at me because it wasn’t his fault, and I should just call the corporate number. I hung up the phone and got in my car and headed back to Kroger still thinking this would be a simple fix by a manager. This was not going to be a simple fix. I went to customer service and the people in this department had customer service skills and were very understanding and tried to be helpful. While I was there the store manager showed up. This man thought the whole situation was funny. This guy was extremely rude and condescending to me. I was visibly upset now. At this point I had been trying to get this error fixed for going on an hour. He did nothing at all to help. Instead of just refunding the money to me they called the corporate office. They eventually got corporate to issue a refund to my debit card which I will see in 3 to 5 days. The whole experience was outrageous for a mistake they made.

      Almost all the workers are gone now that they have gone to self checkout for pretty much everything. I buy $300 worth of groceries at a time and when I have to self check out, which is pretty much every time now, it takes me at least a half hour between price checks and having to bag my own groceries. I've changed to shopping at ******* and ******* or ***** Foods now.

      Absolute Worst Pharmacy ever Hickory Flat! Closed early on one occasion 7:55 while I was standing there right in front of me I watched them as they were already going to clock out and gates were down. Then today Just called to ask if they had a backordered Medicine in stock that most are out of and doctor had to send it in asap. The answer I received was "cant tell you over phone if we have it" . WHAT? you expect me to roll the dice and have doctor send over or personally carry it in. just to be told you are out of it And the stores can not find out stock of others not very bright as you can see, . So they expect you to drive to each location to take a chance .. called 8 ******** no luck but were very helpful, 6 Kroger's answered and did not have it. ******* was out at 3 local locations. Finally found it at another location. Everyone answered the question but the horrible people at this store. Need to learn to help patients . My child needed his refill and they very well could have had it. Never Never will i step foot in the location again and will advise everyone I know to use ****** or other places

      Tired of buying bread that molds within 2-3 days! Their "fresh vegetables " are NOT fresh. They offer good coupons and sales, but you have to watch the register to make sure the offers are honored. Too many self-checkouts and very few full service lanes, then customer ends up bagging groceries because no baggers. We will be shopping Tom Thumb for now. Sad that Kroger bought out Albertson's!

      On 2022-10-13, I was grocery shopping at ******* **** ***** ** ***** *** ** ****** ** *****. After I was finished shopping, courtesy clerk Alyssa M checked me out and I paid for my groceries.
      A few minutes later, I was stopped outside of the store by a security officer (named Mateo) and a worker (named Mariana). In front of other customers, they accused me of stealing a nail polish ($1.99), claiming I slipped it into my bag when I was being checked-out.
      I produced them my grocery receipt to prove that I paid for all of my groceries, including the nail polish.
      I was embarrassed and humiliated in front of other people. The situation was handled very unprofessionally.
      I walked back into the store and asked to speak with the the store manager; they refused to call the manager.
      Nobody had apologized to me. Nobody has admitted a wrong doing.
      I filed the complaint with Ralphs and got no response whatsoever

      Kroger Truse Parkway
      I placed a catering order online through Kroger website and rec'd confirmation of pick-up date and time via email. The store stated it was cancelled when I arrived to pick up my order on the designated DATE/TIME 10/19/22 @ 11:30 am. There was no manager on duty at the store, I called 3 times to the Truse Pkwy location and placed on hold 3 times, and no one picked up. The first call, a young lady stated the manager has not made it in yet. I wondered the store must be running itself. Then, I asked during the 1st call if there were any manger I can speak to, she said hold on. I wanted and no one came after 7 minutes. I hung up called back and got the same young lady during the 2nd call. The same thing no results, I could not get anyone to help me with my issue with my catering order for my guests. The unprofessional thing about the 3rd call when I asked her was any manager in that store, she stated “I do not know, maybe they went to lunch”. I stated “So, the store is running itself”. The young lady said. I don’t’ know very rudely and then placed me on hold again this time 10 minutes.
      When I called your district office, they stated they could not find it. I am trying to figure out if an order was placed and I rec'd confirmation then it must be cancelled internally from the Truse parkway location.
      The manager at customer service located at your district office stated she could not find it. How was it cancelled if it could not be found by Truse pkwy to cancel it? I had 50 hungry guests waiting over an hour to eat. Then the CHICKEN I REC'D WAS NOT COOKED PROPERLY and thrown together after waiting 45 minutes for them to make it for me. I had to serve half-cooked chicken some were cooked though, not tasty as it should have been to my guests.
      Previously, a couple of years back after a bad experience with the rude deli workers. I vowed never to use this location for catering. I made a huge mistake in thinking it was the ********** location,
