      Verbally abusive manager and assistant manager at Kroger in Woodstock, GA off of HWY 92.
      Was returning food that was purchased earlier in the day that was expired. Food was purchased with health insurance card. I was told to return to the Kroger location I purchased it at. I asked why would I do that if I am already here. She told me I would only get money on a store card. I hate shopping at Krusty Kroger. After everything was scanned, I through my CC into the machine to get the money back on that. The manager said "thats a great way to scam your health insurance company." I replied, you cant put the money on my HSC, and I do not like your store. He told me that he wants me out of his store and to not ever come back. He told me he stands by his employee and she is always right.
      Well, at least I got my money and can use it at a clean store with better customer service.

      I did a Kroger delivery order that was $54 and was charged a whole other $152 for stuff I didn’t order nor did I receive! And when I contacted Kroger the store said they couldn’t help me so I had to contact someone else who told me I would get a refund in 7-10 days. On day 10 I was told it was approved and would take another 7-10 days to see the refund. No one can tell me what happened either.

      I got scammed by either Kroger / Smiths by using instacart for their store and was charged over $100 for a $30 order. It has been a huge mess and the worst part is they will not
      give me my refund!! I call their horrible customer service number and i finally get a hold of a real person and they tell me that yes, my refund has been approved, but they never actually send the refund!! What a horrible dishonest company! it’s been almost a month and still no refund. I will never shop at any Kroger location ever again and may pursue legal action to get my $ back. This was at the Smiths in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

      ******** one day one card i was using got hacked into and 1,000 *** stolen
      ******** just flat out stolen 450 USD by them
      **** gift card 198 USD stolen because the card refuses to activate changed my pin number registered where i lived still was not enough for the card to activate
      not looking to get refunded because persons rather make excuses then to do the right thing
      i wonder if the kroger CEO is aware of this out of control problem?
      why would the kroger CEO support these 3 ponzi schemes?
      and kroger only way this complaint coming down is when your support of these 3 other *supposed* companies stops in this case when you stop selling there cards

      Shorted on a prescription at a Fred Meyer pharmacy. Twice. I did not notice until I ran out early. They denied that they did and told me it was my fault for not asking them to count the pills in front of me.

      I purchased a $25 ****** gift card at Kroger Fry's in Cave Creek, AZ on 11/3/22 and found out the gift card has already been used prior to my purchase. Information has been confirmed by ****** after several contacts and I have been advised to receive a refund from Fry's. Here we are a month later and still advised by Fry's customer service, the Case is still in review. I spend large amounts of money at Fry's and to be treated this way for a simple $25 refund is ridiculous. I've submitted all proof from ******, my receipt from Fry's and screen shots showing card was used, but still no closure to the case. Customer service continues to give the run around and can only say keep checking back.

      8:30 in the morning g and not one checkout clerk. I scanned over $300 of groceries by myself while an associate stood there and watched.
      Not one associate throughout the whole store said hi. They saw me, but wouldn't make eye contact. The folks gathering items for pickup or delivery park their cart in the middle of the isle and walk away.
      This is customer service???? Is this what we've come to now? This is horrible.

      Terrible experience at store in Marysville, Ohio. One star is too many. Tho store was unable to work with me when trying to pay for a preordered Thanksgiving meal for my son, who was at the store to pick it up, but had misplaced his bank card. Payment processing couldn’t be easier these days, but Kroger can’t figure this out. If you arrive with extenuating circumstances, there’s no thinking outside the box. There was no offer to allow an online payment through the app, no contingency fund to rely on to assist in such a case. Why have a customer service desk when the answers are no, no, no. To make it worse the store manager was “unavailable” and left the matter to lower level employees, who simply listened but offered mo solution. In the end, everyone went away unhappy. On Thanksgiving.

      Fred meyer customer service is horrible. I have been trying since July to get a refund after I returned the product an di cannot get one. I have called over 20 times and they refuse to give me a refund. I have suggested a gift card or to put the money back on my rewards card and they still will not. I bought a basketball hoop off there online marketplace site. The a few days later my debit card was compromised so I canceled it. Now they will not give me my refund after sending the item back and receiving an email confirmation that they recieved the hoop back. I have reached out to the third party vendor and they are refusing to refund me as well. I have no other course of action now. Please investigate for fraud. This is not right. I should be able to get my refund as I returned the item.

      First of all, Kroger made a $77 dollar mistake on an order 8 days ago. They are holding my money, which is being charged interest, while they collect interest on money that isn't theirs. I have a problem with their policy which holds refunds for ten days and more. They need to be held accountable, it is the principle of the issue. I am sure I am not the only one who is experiencing this. The refund reference number is ********. between last Tuesday when the mistake was made through today is 8 days. They must pay interest on their mistake. This needs to be addressed. It is a bigger issue than just me. These corporations are getting away with this and it needs to be dealt with. Between last week and today, I have spent almost three hours on hold. That is not acceptable.
