      Sold me an undercooked rotisserie chicken and after telling them that I had consumed some they told me there arent any forms or anything they could do. So now I just have to hope I dont get sick.

      They hire trashy people and management that intimidate, bully, and harass customers. As a young woman, I have been harassed in two separate incidents at two Fred Meyer stores and have complained, called police and nothing has been done about it. The stores staff and management create a hostile environment for shoppers

      Every time you go to Krogers you feel like you get cheated. You either have to use digital coupon that youre not aware of or you have to buy a ton of products to get that savings that theyre advertising in big letters in red color. Its amazing this store is supposed to be nice place but again every time you go in there you feel like youre getting cheated and theyre trying to extract money out of you somehow.

      Prices are high while quality is low to substandard. I will not check my groceries then sack them so you can save money. What about customer service. Will not give you my business ever again!

      Kroger's prices are way too high they raised everything a dollar this week and give you a dollar off coupon in the paper they're not saving you no more money. ******* in ******** is the cheapest place to shop at for the same items and the same name items. You need to put Krogers on strike and start shopping elsewhere their prices are ridiculous they're gouging their prices Y'all need to quit shopping at Kroger's and go to ******** and ******* Check the prices out people wake up Kroger's is way too expensive.... other stores has the same item and cheaper.. Krogers don't care about saving you money no more. Please take time and check out the prices put Kroger's on strike!

      **** * ****** ** Buckeye. AZ 85326 I SPOKE TO MANAGER LOURIE … she states my passport identification isn’t allowed at the store due to the fact that it says “MEXICO” again I have a state ID I choose to identify myself with my passport. ACCORDING TO LOURIE MY IDENTIFICATION IS NOT ALLOWED . UNLESS IT WAS GOVERNMENT ISSUES . The passport was issued in the states . I even stated government law any foreign passport should be accepted. LOURIE stated “how do I know you’re not making that up” this goes to show how uneducated she is about state laws! I want this issue resolved or I’m taking it to SOCIAL MEDIA AS RACISM AND AS WELL DISCRIMINATION!!! Fix this now !!! Cause you will not treat actual people that only have that type of IDENTIFICATION .

      ***********, AR locations are allowing any and every dog in their stores. Kroger policy states only Service dogs allowed. So why are they allowing any dogs? Barking untrained dogs are a distraction to legitimate Service dogs who's handler's life depends on their animal! Plus they are a health risk according to **** Some are allowed to ride in carts where we carry our food items. This must stop ASAP!

      Cynthia the supervisor for online delivery is RUDE. She hung up on me after not assisting with my concern. I have been a member since delivery started in my area. They didn’t honor the coupon they promoted when they only offered next day delivery and no where did it specify the coupon wasn’t valid on my next day delivery. Of course, she couldn’t give me a grocery credit and eat the cost, she had to put the blame on the manufacturer. It’s not about the $60, it’s about the poor customer service. As a ceo of a large company, I would be mortified if one of my employees treated ANY customer like this. It’s called ACCOUNTABILITY, Kroger needs to learn it.

      I saw a televised ad 8-7-2023 in the Columbus ohio market which stated you get the same price whether you buy online,delivered or in store which is absolutely false. I have done many online pickup orders and some are in-store only or delivery only' One was the organic strawberries this week was ADV at 1.99 but was marked in- store only. How can Kroger do this ! There are many itmes either delivery only,pickup only or in-store only.
