      We recently had some issues with our chimney. We had multiple companies come out and quote and decided we would move forward with the people we met with from Shamrock. The original team was very nice and consultative. Today they sent a new crew to do the work. ***** from their team flat out told my husband and I that he was the only person at the company that knew what he was doing and the original quote was wrong and that shamrock mostly just hires”seasonal workers who don’t know what they are doing” he was upselling us over $3000 of additional work including flashing work which we repeatedly told him was being replaced with the new roof we were putting on next week.
      We ended up having to tell him to leave without doing any work as we were not comfortable moving forward with a company whose employees so vocally think the company they worked for doesn’t hire competent employees and if the two crews who came out had such drastic difference in the work that needed to be done.
      Now we are back to square one.

      They do not deserved stars but I have to leave one anyways. They are taking money from senior citizens. I hired Shamrock to flash my chimney and fix bricks on the chimney. They quaranteed it would not leak. They only flashed three sides of the chimney. I called to inquire why only three sides were flashed? They did not answer my question, said someone would contact me and no one has called. I have been trying to contact them since service in September. I have been calling and calling asking for them to fix the service they were suppose to supply. No return calls. It is leaking and now I having damage to my ceiling due to the leaks that should have fixed via having the chimney flashed. The leak is in the area where they did not flash the fourth side. BBB should shut these people down. I guess I should have read the reviews on BBB before paying them. They took $500 in check and $200 in cash. As I said being a senior this is not good business to deal with. I have an ill husband and I am having a really hard time trying to deal with all this. BBB should SHUT them down.Sincerely,

      Very cheap work. In less than three years their newly installed chimney blew off in a medium wind and they do not take any responsibility. They inspected and replaced my old chimney which was standing intact from over 15 years in many storms and this one had a life of less than three years. I wish I could select zero stars
