    I would not recommend using wix.com. Like other reviewers have stated here, they renewed my subscription without sending a receipt so I could cancel. I did not think I had to take action because they sent me an email saying my payment didnt go through. Unfortunately, I read on this site (BB) that wix has a deal with Mastercard to automatically update credit cards. This was not my consent or wishes! I am asking for the $892 back. My first attempt was denied but I will continue!

    Lost new business on wasted time trying to have a website built with this platform. Circles upon circles. Should sued them for lost revenue. Incomplete service denied refund. What a waste. DO NOT USE. YOU WILL LOSE MONEY AND TIME.

    Unsatisfactory result to not having my website restored. In addition, charging my checking account for the regular fee and still not obtaining access to my website. It is bad business when you can not get a live person on the phone to help with access to the website you created.

    I've tried to contact this company and they keep sending me in circles. Will not call me to resolve this issue. I canceled my account through a rep of thiers 3 days later they take out 380 dollars from my account!!!! That they will not refund back or even call me!!!!

    My experience with WIX PAYMENTS Setup premium account so I can publish services on my site and be paid. Great Post the premium services and setup banking info. I get emails that my account is set to accept payments. I am excited and want to test it. I make a coupon and test run services, works great.I have a friend make a test purchase with her card- WIX DECLINED PAYMENT AND HER CARD ISSUER LISTED IT AS FRAUD so she had to go through the process of remedying it. She says her card is sensitive so I think not of it. I have a customer book my resume service and try to pay, her card issuer said her card was compromised denied her purchase, she has to wait until tomorrow to try again I had another friend make a purchase with a different card, it went through! finally a sale!I had one more sale after. Now for payout, Wix Payments is supposed to payout at the end of everyday BUT THAT NOT WHAT HAPPENED. What happened really set me off. I get an email my PAYOUT is on hold pending verification of:my business, business account, I need to send a photo of the card used topay for premium, photo of my ID, proof of my business, just like a ****** list. The upsetting part is I wont be paid until we go back and forth in email sending pictures and whatnot....Is this a joke, it told me everything was good and ACCEPTED payments, and NOW you need more info? Would have been great to ask that all at the beginning...Then I call CX service they were nice and extended my service however I am p'o'd about the time wasted calling to findout ill have to close my payment account if I dont want to send them items from the ****** list. Worst part is they cant do this over the phone it has to be send to an "offline account manager" basically you took money happily on my behalf and are holding it over my head until I spend precious time chasing you for it. UN PRO FESSIONAL!DO NOT USE WIX PAYMENTS AT ALL The ****** list should have been presented at the beginning, not after payment

    Crying. While i was in hospital fighting for my life wix sold my domain. Now i have fake emails, thousands hacked from my account, and i cannot take anymore. They use third world representatives on call backs or chat. They play stupid to your questions. I have receipt my domain was paid for and they sold it anyway. I caught them twice stealing from account. Run run run!

    This place is ridiculous how Can you run a business and have no way to contact them Personally???? Charging us for a year subscription and not Receiving a notice is unreal we had to cancel our credit card to enable Them to charge us but still Unable to contact them directly by phone ???? Or Email because we do not know what email or password??! Just blame Ridiculous

    DO NOT. And i mean DO NOT ever pay for a premium service with this company. I opened a Wix account 6 years ago for a small business I was starting. I paid for their premium service for two years as I ran my business. After the business gaining some success I wanted to switch website providers to a better platform. I took all the necessary steps to cancel my subscription as outlined in their policies. For the past FOUR years they have charged my debit card on an annual basis for a service that I no longer use. I have tried to do a stop payment through my bank. Block them from charging my account - everything. I have tried to use their customer service contacts with no luck. I have finally filed a fraud claim with my bank.Again - DO NOT EVER pay for premium services with this company.
