    Terrible customer service. Misleading advertising. Will send and charge you for bottles even when you are not enrolled in opting for refills. Just about impossible to speak with a customer service product. The percentage of vitamins in these could kill someone. There needs to be a consumer warning about this prodoct.

    6+months and my hair is shorter and more fragile now than when I started taking this supplement EVERY DAY. Zero customer service and $500 later I would advise anyone looking at purchasing to think twice. Nutrafol is definitely the best marketing scam I have encountered in 20 years. Their 30 day money back guarantee is this short for a reason.. it DOESNT work???????

    This company is a joke! I applied for a job here and actually went through THREE interviews AND submitted a written response exam to 3 email prompts. I shined and knocked each interview out of the park! Based on the reviews left for this company so far from other individuals, I'm actually glad I didn't get the job! Sounds to me like a horrible company to work for, and the products aren't even worth spending money on, since they actually DON'T work! Steer clear of this company and it's employees!

    I was not able to take this product. Gave me bad indigestion. You have to take 4 a day. That was a lot for me. Be careful of some of the strange ingredients, they don't know how these ingredients will mix with other medication. Only get a 50% refund if you are unable to take it.

    Hello? How does anyone get ahold of this company? The chat bot doesn't take you to a real human, they don't respond to emails. I referred a friend and received a promo code that is invalid - what a scam. I am almost embarrassed to have a referred her at this point.

    I have been a Nutrafol customer for over a year. I also never leave reviews on products but have been so disappointed by my experience that I feel compelled to. My hair started falling out so I did a "hair mineral analysis" which Nutrafol offers. I sent in the hair sample and heard nothing from them for months (meanwhile I'm paying $88 / month for the product). I finally reached out and heard that my sample was too small for them to process. They had known about this for a long time, but never reached out to me directly. I then sent another hair mineral analysis sample in and again, there was silence for weeks. I emailed them multiple times to ask about the status of the sample and no one responded. I finally called and am sitting on hold for 30+ minutes as I wait to speak to a human. Overall, the company needs to majorly improve its customer support team for how much it is charging customers.

    Horrible customer service - it is impossible to get anyone to respond. I actually am happy with the product - but when my subscription renewed, I was only sent one month of product instead of the three months I was charged for. I have sent emails and tried calling (they don't accept any calls.) It has been almost four weeks without any actual response to my first inquiry (made on October 31, 2022) I have sent a new round of messages but have absolutely no faith they will be responded to. I would like to receive the product that I am owed - but am prepared now to cancel my subscription, but have zero faith that customer service will improve. I even question whether I will get a refund on what I have been charged for.

    Ive been trying to contact someone with this company for two weeks. They arent responding to emails or phone calls. Id like to get my money back and return the product. I need help in contacting them.

    Hi ******, We can see that you had put in a return request with our chatbot. Our CX Team replied on November 28, 2022 with a return label and instructions. We can also see that an order has been returned and was refunded on December 9, 2022.Your subscription is canceled.
