    Fraud, Reached out for resolution, no response..3weeks no one has responded to my emails. Calling for 3 weeks not able to speak to anyone.

    Nonexistent customer service. I have been waiting for my refund for a month and still have not gotten it. I returned the product unopened as instructed, they received it on May 8th but still have not credited me the money. I reached out on May 12 to follow up, you can't speak to a real person and the bot puts in a ticket that never gets answered. I emailed again today to follow up, waited on hold at customer service number (one-eight eight eight-four five four-three three two zero) for an hour only to never speak with anyone. I have since filed a dispute with my credit card company. I wouldn't recommend anyone using this company if they ever want to speak with anyone. If I could leave negative stars I would.

    Nutrafol Vitamins and Supplements is a SCAM!!!!DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!I request through multiple emails for a refund and to no avail, I haven't received it!!!They DO NOT TAKE CALLS!!! THEY DO NOT ANSWER EMAILS!!!THIS COMPANY IS NOT ACCREDITED!!!

    Nutrafol company is not AT ALL into customer *******. There is no human contact available and no one ever answers a phone, not even to schedule a call back. As well, they don't answer e-mails for 3 weeks and then it's an automated response, which usually doesn't answer your question. Their ****** ******* is fully automated such that you can't get an answer to your specific questions. And don't even bother to return an item for credit as you'll never get your money back. However, they're really quick to bill your credit card, which they keep on file. As for their product, I've used it for over 7 months, without any significant results and will be cancelling my account. I truly believe the company is a fraud and have learned a hard ****** about ordering something from a TV advertisement!

    I've tried to cancel automatic shipping. It's amazing how hard it is to write a bad review. They have that blocked somehow. The chat box is not useful but I guess that's the plan. I no longer want this product since the CX is so bad. This is ridiculous. Please help me to cancel shipments. I cancel after the previous shipment and now I get an email about another shipment.

    For me this didn't work at all. They don't give you any heads up that they are sending more product and taking it out of your account. Next I've been trying to cancel my subscription for two days, the online is set up so that you just get the run around. I gave it a good try but I want to cancel my subscription. This is a scam.

    I canceled my subscription 3 months ago they still take money from my account they dont answer the phone and they dont call back everything is automated even taking money from your account

    The product works great for me but their customer service is TERRIBLE. I can see from other reviews that I am not the only one who feels that way. What kind of legitimate business tells every customer that needs help that they are too busy with other calls???? Sounds like BS to me. I paid 88 bucks for my third month of product and did not receive it even though their tracking system said it was delivered. Then I get their we are too busy to talk with you email. Im so upset because this product is working so well for me but I guess Ill have to lose my hair again because I wont allow Nutrafol to RIP ME OFF!

As of today it has been 17 days since the return. My card was charged and should have a credit showing. I would assume that this should have already occurred. The usual time for credit is **** days. I look forward to your response.After reading the reviews below, I decided it was my best interest to send this to the BBB since this is the only way to have any possible communication.
