    Ive been trying to contact someone with this company for two weeks. They arent responding to emails or phone calls. Id like to get my money back and return the product. I need help in contacting them.

    Hi ******, We can see that you had put in a return request with our chatbot. Our CX Team replied on November 28, 2022 with a return label and instructions. We can also see that an order has been returned and was refunded on December 9, 2022.Your subscription is canceled.

    I was charged $86 for a product that I did not order. The customer service rep told me that it was an automatic charged. I told them to cancel any subscription and that I wanted a refund. The item was returned the end of October 2022 and today is 11/22/22 and still I have not received my refund. I have made several attempts to reach out an agent via emails and calls, no response. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE from this rip off company. They ignore your emails and calls.

    I have tried for over 2months to get my account credited and reimbursed for shipments I didn't ask for. I now have been charged for 2 shipments of Nutrafol and am not able to receive the 6digit code they say they will send. Chatting with their "bot" doesn't help and leads you now where. need my money back for these shipments. I have tried calling and nothing works either. There has to be a better way to get this resolved.

    I ordered the nutrafol for men supplement and was told by my pcp that it contained ingredients that were contraindicated with medications I take. I messaged the company and received a response indicating that I would hear from them in 10-14 days due to high traffic. A month later, after two more messages sent by me, I have heard nothing. I tried to call customer service after three weeks and got the same message that due to high traffic, they could not take my call and was disconnected.
    I see they have a D rating which doesn’t surprise me. Based on my experience, that rating is too generous.

    I placed a one-time order, but I wasn't sure it went through because I never received a confirmation. After looking further into the ingredients, I decided I wasn't going to use the product after I received it (never even opened the box) and tried reaching out to initiate a return. I was unable to reach them via phone or email and have tried several times to get ahold of a live person for the past few weeks to no avail, although they give you a tight return window. Every time I tried to initiate a return I was told to log into my account, but I don't have an account and never received the password reset emails, so it was a dead end.I finally put a claim in with my bank and was refunded the funds for the purchase. I'm now seeing a pending charge again from Nutrafol today which is very frustrating as I only made a one-time purchase and cannot get ahold of them to cancel the subscription that I apparently now have with them for a product I am not going to use that is pricey. I guess I'll be filling a second claim with my bank and banning them from charging my account again. Terrible business practices.

    I ordered, paid and was charged for a 3 month subscription of product.I only received a 1 month supply.I cannot contact customer support. I have called numerous times and emailed since September 26 with no response.I have been put on hold for as long as 30 minutes only to receive a message that there was no one available to take my call.I request that my order be completed and the other 2 months of product be sent to me immediately or a refund for the 2 months of missing product.How can a company advertise their product on television and not support their customers?I also request that my subscription is cancelled immediately.No product is worth all of this frustration!
