    I tried Nutrafol for 8 months with little or no results. It was a waste of money.

    I saw very positive results with my hair using Nutrafol. My complaint concerns packaging. The last order I received, both boxes surrounding the Nutrafol bottle were full of ants, which of course got into my house and when I say full; I mean, as soon as I opened it, they were running up my arms, going in the floor. It was a mess. I messaged Nutrafol to let them know they may be ant infested; they acknowledged my complaint, but then just said OK, any more concerns.

    Nutrafol is nothing but snake oil, a scam that baffles me how these companies are allowed to exist.I tried Nutrafol products, but they didnt do anything for my hair. In fact, I lost more hair!The thirty-day money-back guarantee is a joke. They tell you to use the product for six months to see any results, but by then, youre out a lot of money with no results.SCAM....SCAM...SCAM...SCAM...SCAM...SCAM...SCAM..SCAM.SCAM..SCAM!

    Their billing, subscription fulfillment and customer service are the worst. I liked the product but received multiple emails every month about my billing method- couldn't get anyone on the phone and email support took time and rarely knew the sander to the problem. It is the most confusing operation i have ever seen.

    If I could leave 0 stars, I would. First of all, I took this supplement one time. An hour later, I felt like someone had drugged me. I felt very drowsy and disoriented. I woke in the middle of the night with stomach cramps, and I had loose stools. The next day going to work I forgot my purse (I never do this!) and I felt weak, tired, and I had heart and chest pain and anxiety. I couldnt even go to the gym and I go 5-6x/week regularly. They did reimburse me, thankfully. But the side effects are dangerous. And the doctor they had call me was less than helpful, and told me my symptoms were rare with this product. That was a lie. Look at all the other reviews. I later found out that my friends mom had taken it for a month and got extremely sick. So I warn people with caution, do NOT buy into this Nutrafol SCAM. Please do not take their supplement!

    This company does NOT deliver on its subscriptions in 2024. The product is fine though I have not seen any real results. They were very prompt in 2023, but for some unexplained reason they quit timely delivery in 2023. They were over a month behind in delivery but kept billing and just made promises of delivery that were either not fulfilled or delivered a month late and not necessarily a complete order. I stopped by subscription to see if they would complete the order that was outstanding. After finally receiving it over a 2 months later, I decided to try to restart, but once again, we are over 3 weeks past promise date.I do not trust this entity anymore and would not recommend to anyone.

    I stopped using this product. I used it for 2 years. I did see improvement in thickness and growth. On the negative side I experienced issues with my digestive tract. Just sick. Twice I was sent product after cancelling my subscription and being charged. Not worth the aggravation.Since stopping the digestive issues are gone.

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY...unless you don't mind them deciding your subscription.Ordered from this Company, paid full price as I DID NOT WANT a monthly subscription.Checked my account,....charged for a monthly re-occurring charge from Nutrafol...That is soooooo BOGUS.

    Nutrafol is sending ******** email disguised as my cable company saying that I owe back payment and my cable service will be suspended.address that sent the email is: grow@nutrafol... not from my cable company.If this is how they get business, it is a SCAM

    I have continually been billed by this company and I have cancelled my subscription several times. I call and it takes over 3 minutes to get to the option I need. I have called multiple times and hold for over 15 minutes with no one picking up. This company does not provide access to customer service and I will be filing a complaint with the ****
