    On Multiple occasions :A) Nutrafol accepts your order B) Nutrafol gives you a confirmation of your order C) Nutrafol a few days later says it is refunding your order D) Then it solicits your business by sending you codes that dont work Say what now ?Why is Nutrafol doing this ?I cant help but think they are running a scam here where they have the customer fill out 1. Their name 2. Their Address 3. Their Credit Card Info 4. Their Telephone number All the information they need to sell your profile and run a ******* nutrafol running a scam ?A) Why is NUTRAFOL sending confirmation for deliveries that dont take place.B) Why is NUTRAFOL giving a refund but not explain why its sending a refund C) Why is NUTRAFOL KEEPING your Credit card information, name, address, telephone, email ? For what reason is it doing this, but not bothering to sending you anything ?This is very alarming because this has happened many times.Someone needs to flag this behavior by NUTRAFOL : Phishing scam.

    I saw very positive results with my hair using Nutrafol. My complaint concerns packaging. The last order I received, both boxes surrounding the Nutrafol bottle were full of ants, which of course got into my house and when I say full; I mean, as soon as I opened it, they were running up my arms, going in the floor. It was a mess. I messaged Nutrafol to let them know they may be ant infested; they acknowledged my complaint, but then just said OK, any more concerns.

    Nutrafol is nothing but snake oil, a scam that baffles me how these companies are allowed to exist.I tried Nutrafol products, but they didnt do anything for my hair. In fact, I lost more hair!The thirty-day money-back guarantee is a joke. They tell you to use the product for six months to see any results, but by then, youre out a lot of money with no results.SCAM....SCAM...SCAM...SCAM...SCAM...SCAM...SCAM..SCAM.SCAM..SCAM!

    Their billing, subscription fulfillment and customer service are the worst. I liked the product but received multiple emails every month about my billing method- couldn't get anyone on the phone and email support took time and rarely knew the sander to the problem. It is the most confusing operation i have ever seen.

    If I could leave 0 stars, I would. First of all, I took this supplement one time. An hour later, I felt like someone had drugged me. I felt very drowsy and disoriented. I woke in the middle of the night with stomach cramps, and I had loose stools. The next day going to work I forgot my purse (I never do this!) and I felt weak, tired, and I had heart and chest pain and anxiety. I couldnt even go to the gym and I go 5-6x/week regularly. They did reimburse me, thankfully. But the side effects are dangerous. And the doctor they had call me was less than helpful, and told me my symptoms were rare with this product. That was a lie. Look at all the other reviews. I later found out that my friends mom had taken it for a month and got extremely sick. So I warn people with caution, do NOT buy into this Nutrafol SCAM. Please do not take their supplement!

    I ordered the product from the commercial they are running. upon realizing the first charge was for ****** for automatic subscription when opening a new customer account. I Canceled. Charge 2, ****** was just for the product alone. I Canceled. This is deceptive business practice . Buyer Beware!

    Wish I could put 0 stars. Called to cancel my membership quite awhile ago. Now the 3 month subscription renewed and their customer service phone number and email and are a never ending circle. No one calls you back, emails you back and cannot be put in line for a call back. Just keeps directing you to log in to your account. Don't do it unless you plan on paying for life.

    Charged me for an order I didn't know was coming. (Average of 1.12 stars here on BBB.) Unlike others, would not let me cancel my subscription. This site is a scam. Called, sent an email and texted. I would go with another reputable company.

    I used this product since 2018. It did not make my hair grow, but because I have serious hair loss, was afraid if I stopped using it the fallout would be worse. Then today I read that Nutrafol can cause liver damage. I asked for a refund on my new bottle, which only 2 pills were taken from, and they refused. They only take returns on completely sealed bottles. I also learned that there is a class-action lawsuit against Nutrafol for deceptive advertising. This is an ineffective and possibly dangerous product from a deceptive company. Now I am worried about my health after using this product. DO NOT RISK YOUR HEALTH and get scammed by NUTRAFOL. I wish there were negative star options on the review.
