  I used this product since 2018. It did not make my hair grow, but because I have serious hair loss, was afraid if I stopped using it the fallout would be worse. Then today I read that Nutrafol can cause liver damage. I asked for a refund on my new bottle, which only 2 pills were taken from, and they refused. They only take returns on completely sealed bottles. I also learned that there is a class-action lawsuit against Nutrafol for deceptive advertising. This is an ineffective and possibly dangerous product from a deceptive company. Now I am worried about my health after using this product. DO NOT RISK YOUR HEALTH and get scammed by NUTRAFOL. I wish there were negative star options on the review.

  This company does NOT deliver on its subscriptions in 2024. The product is fine though I have not seen any real results. They were very prompt in 2023, but for some unexplained reason they quit timely delivery in 2023. They were over a month behind in delivery but kept billing and just made promises of delivery that were either not fulfilled or delivered a month late and not necessarily a complete order. I stopped by subscription to see if they would complete the order that was outstanding. After finally receiving it over a 2 months later, I decided to try to restart, but once again, we are over 3 weeks past promise date.I do not trust this entity anymore and would not recommend to anyone.

  If I could give zero stars I would. I am a 55 yr old woman who used to have thick long hair. With age and pregnancies it began to break, thin and shed. I was desperate and read that Nutrafol is the best thing on the market. Well I can tell you Ive been using it for 5 months and I see no improvement. In fact I think its getting worse! I thought maybe my hair needed to shed more before coming in thick? Im beyond disappointed. It did not work for me!!

  I stopped using this product. I used it for 2 years. I did see improvement in thickness and growth. On the negative side I experienced issues with my digestive tract. Just sick. Twice I was sent product after cancelling my subscription and being charged. Not worth the aggravation.Since stopping the digestive issues are gone.

  DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY...unless you don't mind them deciding your subscription.Ordered from this Company, paid full price as I DID NOT WANT a monthly subscription.Checked my account,....charged for a monthly re-occurring charge from Nutrafol...That is soooooo BOGUS.

  Nutrafol is sending ******** email disguised as my cable company saying that I owe back payment and my cable service will be suspended.address that sent the email is: grow@nutrafol... not from my cable company.If this is how they get business, it is a SCAM

  I have continually been billed by this company and I have cancelled my subscription several times. I call and it takes over 3 minutes to get to the option I need. I have called multiple times and hold for over 15 minutes with no one picking up. This company does not provide access to customer service and I will be filing a complaint with the ****

  No results after 2 yrs. Cannot get refund on shipment that I refused because I could not reach anyone by phone or chat or email to cancel. I want a refund and to cancel entire subscription Thanks for your help ***************************

  TOTAL SCAM - it took a small miracle to get them to cancel my order even though less than 12 hours had elapsed since placing it. Here's what they said about canceling my order: Hi there,Thanks for bearing with us as we work through a high volume of customer requests.At this time, your June 5th order has already been processed and cannot be canceled.To avoid the hassle of a return, I can refund you 50% of your order and you can keep it. If you'd prefer this option, please let me know right away and I'll issue the refund. If you'd like to return the order for a full refund, I can send a prepaid label via email. Let me know if I can help with anything else in the meantime. We're looking forward to your reply.Complete lies and smoke. I can only imagine how poor their product is when I see their deceptive and unethical business practices.

  This is what I emailed to Nutrafol:Hello, I purchased a 3 month supply of Nutrafol and 5 days after taking the 4 daily dosage, my entire body broke out in a rash of hives. I followedmy same diet and no new medications. I tried to endure the rash for over 4 days and it would not subside. My daughter is an aesthetician and works with skin all day and looked at the ingredients and said its the high concentration of Biotin in the product. I ended up in the emergency room on the 5th day, since by then, the hives spread to my face, my mouth, under my arms, in my nose and all over. The emergency room doctor concurred that your product probably caused theoutbreak. I received an intravenous drip of concentrated steroid and had a prescription to continue the oral steroids for 5 days.There was no warning or possibility of adverse reactions on any of your marketing, promotional or order on-line on your website that indicated this possible reactions from taking your product.I need an apology and I demand my money back. I will return the unused containers of Nutrafol I have remaining. Please send me your mailing address. I have waited on the phone for a response but after 30 minutes of waiting, I have emailed you here.********************
