    I signed up to watch the Usik fight on May 18th. The **** sight said to watch it live for *****. I clicked to purchase signed up for a 7 day trial with **** to purchase a fight on 5/18/24. The sight stated to avoid future charges, the trial would need to be canceled within 7 days. I canceled the subscription on the same date on 5/18/24 and received the confirmation that the subscription was canceled. The screenshot clearly states "We've canceled your paid plan. You'll lose access to your plan on 5/18/25 but you'll keep a free account. A few weeks later I got another charge of ***** from Dazn and when I tried to log in to find out why I was charged I realized that the subscription that said was canceled has a future date, a year later! I reached out for a refund and was advised that I will be billed until 5/18/2025 and they will continue to bill me monthly since I singed up for the annual subscription. There is no one to speak with directly I could only contact them via email and kept getting generic email responses. They are refusing to refund me and advising they will continue to bill me for a year. I do not use the service at all. It was for one fight and I canceled on time. Please assist as I do not know what to do to stop them from accessing my account.

    Bought a pay per view fight and like everyone else had no idea I was agreeing to pay for 12 months and no option to cancel. **************** has been no help to stop charging me despite me giving ********************************** I do not want to use DAZN and never will. DAZN stop scamming people and stop charging me.

    Hello,I signed up to DAZN to watch the superbowl in February. I canceled my subscription right after the game as I have no interest in continuing my subscription.I noticed that the platform has continued to charge me from March to ***** I contacted their support team and told me that the plan is for 1 year and I will be charged monthly until February 2025. I told them no I have no interest please cancel. They refuse to cancel. I dont care if they cannot refund me for the past few months but I will not pay for this service.This company is scamming people out of money for a garbage service.They are charging me $22.59 per month. The company says my subscription will expire on 11-02-2025 even though I have requested a cancellation.Any assistance in the matter is greatly appreciated.Thanks,****

    I was misled into a contract without a clear explanation when I only wanted to purchase a flight. I intended to purchase the fight, and I have never paid for a fight where I had to subscribe to a one-year contract. I admit I did not read the confusing 10-page agreement provided because it was not simple to read or clearly explained. I acquired the boxing match at a standard price through DAZN due to a lack of alternative sources and a desire to avoid engaging with illegal websites. Had I been aware of the obligation to commit to a one-year contract, I would not have made the purchase. The terms of this offer are excessively burdensome. It is unlikely that anyone would read the details of this transaction, a fact of which I am certain DAZN is aware. I have kindly requested the cancellation of my one-year contract. The amount charged for the boxing match was considerable, but I did not intentionally agree to the one-year subscription and am not interested in a monthly subscription.

    DAZN makes it very difficult to cancel their subscription by forcing customers to online chat to cancel. They still charge an extra unwanted billing by making their policy an extra 30 day cancellation period. When I tried to online chat to cancel, I was on hold for over 30 minutes for an agent and was never connected. I asked for a refund for the unwanted billing period for June *************************************************************** to a person to cancel. They declined, just saying the account is ineligible.

    Dazn is an app you can order payperview sports through. I ordered a sporting event for a one time purchase of *****. Which is fine as i was expecting a higher price. The app makes you sign up for a subscription in order to watch the fight with promises of being able to cancel at anytime. Which is annoying but all apps do it these days and cancelling goes as it should. The day you cancel your subscription ends and your access is cut. Expect not for DAZN. They let you cancel your subscription and say sorry to see you go, however, a month later you get charged for their subscription, and when you contact customer service which is only a bot thru the app, they then say the subscription that you joined is a yearly subscription, so even tho I cancelled the service, i am obligated to pay monthly for an entire year before they will stop the auto renew charges! These policies were not shared while signing up for a one time buy and they are hidden policies they show you AFTER you have already purchased. Their hidden policy is stealing from customers. What sense does it make if i am cancelling something because i do not want it as i only wanted a one time purchase but have no option to do so, why would i continue to pay monthly for a year, for something i cancelled and will not use anymore! They force you to subscribe, and then they steal your money monthly after assuring you can cancel anytime! They are a terrible service with terrible hidden policies and no on hand customer service, they should be shut down entirely. I have disputed with my bank and will continue to do so until they erase my information and stop charging me for something i dont even have anymore!

    I subscribed to DAZN for a monthly subscription, in order to watch the Champions League Final. This was meant to be $29.99 CAD, however upon being charged I was charged $112.98 CAD. This is because, without my knowledge, the company charged me for UFC pay per view. It automatically was selected during the sign up process for a subscription, and it was not at all clear to me that I was going to be charged for a pay per view. The page confirming a subscription had a subtotal of $29.99 CAD, and never was it clear I was being charged for a UFC pay per view. This is clearly a scam they are using to try and get subscription signups to accidentally pay for a pay per view. I did not watch the pay per view, I do not give a single **** about UFC, and I absolutely expect a $70 refund from this company.

    Upon checking, I could see that the account under the email ************************* is under Monthly flex plan and has successfully been cancelled. You are now in your 30-day cancellation period, which ends on 02-07-2024. During this time, your subscription will remain active, allowing you to continue watching DAZN. Youll make a final payment on your scheduled billing date, which will be lower than your usual monthly payment. This payment is there to specifically cover the remaining days of your notice period.

    Upon review, I see you were billed ***** CAD for your Monthly Flex subscription and ***** CAD for the regular UFC 302 PPV.

    i cancelled my subscription because i was unhappy that i was paying a monthly subscription and on top of the monthly subscription they where trying to charge me addition money for an event to see. So from that point I cancelled my subscription because if i am paying a monthly fee what are they trying to charge me $66 extra to watch the event. Now my subscription is cancelled and they keep taking the monthly fee out, if i cancelled they should not be taking money out it should be canceled, when i spoke to someone they simply stated i have to pay, subscription is cancelled but ends in 2025 and no auto renew, that is not right that they are still taking out monthly on a monthly basis when it is cancelled and services not being used, they need to stop taking money out if my subscription is cancelled

    I purchased a pay per view boxing match from Dazn on 4/21/2024 for *****. Dazn made me sign up on their website to purchase the boxing match. I cancelled the service the same day I signed up because I only wanted to watch the boxing match. The follow month Dazn is charging me *****. I contact Dazn via chat and the service is terrible. Dazn reps say they cant refund me. They said they can only change my account from yearly to monthly. That does not make sense. They do not want to cancel the account and refund my *****. I did some research online and apparently Dazn is doing this to a lot of people. Very shady company.

    I signed up for a 7 day trial with **** to purchase a fight on 4/21/24. The sight stated to avoid future charges, the trial would need to be canceled within 7 days. I canceled the subscription 4/21/24. and received the confirmation attached as well as confirmed when logging in the subscription was canceled (see screenshot from website and cell phone). The screenshot clearly states "We've canceled your paid plan. You'll lose access to your plan on 4/21/2025 but you'll keep a free account. On May 20th Dazn debited my account *****. I reached out for a refund and was advised that I will be billed until 4/21/2025. There is no one to speak with directly and when I requested a supervisor I was told I couldn't reach one. They are refusing to refund me and advising they will continue to bill me for a year. I do not use the service at all. It was for one fight and I canceled on time. I have also attached screenshots of me reaching out to them. More importantly, when I logged into the **** account and went under subscription prior to starting the chat for the refund, my account reflected the subscription was canceled. After chatting, they updated it to reflect different verbiage that includes I no have a $ ***** subscription and that I will be billed until 4/21/2025. I realize that sounds like just an overlook on my end however, I am 100% positive this information was added to my account on after I went back and forth with the chat for over an hour. Please assist as I do not know what to do to stop them from accessing my account.
