    I was charged ***** from dazn may 23 2024 and I had canceled services on May 22nd ****************************************************************************************************************************************** again on June 20th 2024 which is unacceptable I've reported dazn now this second time I try to give them the benefit of doubt but obviously there charges are sneaky and someone should look in to this business they seek to continue charging people after I had canceled services before the month was over I'm entitled to a refund

    I purchased a fight 05/18/24 from DAZN. Fury fight. Before the purchase there was a red live symbol so therefore we purchased the fight. Once the purchase went through we were stuck with a grey screen and no live event. Once we searched on the web we realized the fight had happened at 7AM that morning we purchased the fight around 7 PM and DAZN was saying live event which was false. I immediately contacted customer service to let them know I couldnt watch the fight and right away they told me no refunds allowed . I was trying to resolve this for about 1 hr and go nowhere. The tv stayed on being we were outside . We never seen the fight and the screen was grey with a countdown which I shared a screen shot with the representative. I ended the chat due to the rep being rude and not assisting me. The next day on the 18th May I re contacted DAZN asking for a refund the representative proceeds to tell me the same no refunds allowed I explained how I was not able to watch this fight and I have purchased many PPV events *** I have never filed any complaint for refunds the representative didnt care and said no refunds . The rep then explained to me there was an age issues so I couldnt watch it which made no sense to me then they told Me they see I had a watch time on there end and couldnt refund me. I insisted i did not watch the event and it was not live I explained to the representative who wants to watch an event that has passed is it not live and pay ***** for it no one! She then tell me if it was less then 15 min of watch time I would have gotten a refund but since she was showing more time I could not. This was very upsetting because I contacted DAZN as soon as I wasnt able to watch the fight and they said I couldnt get a refund

    I signed up for the service to order a boxing pay-per-view. To order a single event, this is a requirement. DAZN offered a "monthly super saver plan" that is actually an annual contract that forced you to pay for a full year even if you cancel the service.This was deceptive marketing and forces people to pay for a service they don't want.

    Your subscription has been successfully cancelled for autorenewal. However, as you are on our Monthly Saver installment plan, billing will continue for the remainder of your 12-month contract, which will expire on 21-04-2025. Additionally, please note that by cancelling, you have opted out of auto-renewal and will not be charged beyond the end of your contract.

    Calling something a monthly saver plan and locking someone into an annual contract is deceptive and misleading.

     

    I signed up for the service to order one pay-per-view event and now you are trying to lock me into a one-year deal for a product I do not want nor need. Repeating the same canned message you sent me in the email doesn't solve my issue.

     

    I will only be satisfied if the agreement is terminated in its entirety.

This is a sports streaming platform where my colleague asked me to buy a boxing match. I created an account to order the specific boxing match, and intended to cancel my account **************************** after. Im pregnant mom and have two toddlers.     Your interface tricked me into this. I had zero intentions of a one year contract. I only wanted to trial the 30 days. Is this how you get your customers? By tricking them into a one year contract when they just want to trial? This is not okay.

    The business continues to charge you for a subscription even after you end the subscription prior to the billing date . My billing date was May 9th 2024 and I canceled my subscription on April 30th 2024. They then sent me an email stating they will continue to charge me until May 21st which is a date that has nothing to do with my subscription that they made up in order to continue charging me for a subscription I dont need I no longer have information on my billing date available after I canceled my subscription ************* has undair business practices aimed to scam its customers out of their hard earned money thorugh deceptive means

    I purchased a month of dazn to watch the Super Bowl. Since then they have been charging me monthly. I wrote to them asking for a refund as I had been incorrectly charged. They said I cant have a refund as I agreed to this monthly plan. I asked them to send me proof of the monthly contract they say I signed up for, as I have no record or confirmation of it. The kept telling me to read the terms and conditions. I told them I did read them, but that I want the proof. After 8 hours of back and forth April 11th, they told me they would send me a copy of the contract and proof that I had agreed within 7 days. On the 18th I contacted them again, and they told me they arent going to send me a copy, because I agreed to it. But they will not send me proof! I have all of the chats from April 11th to today. They replied to me in email yesterday saying I cant have a refund. I am frustrated and angry. If I did in fact sign up for a monthly contract, then thats on me and my mistake. But I know I didnt!! I dont know what to do! I have so many screenshots and all of them wont attach. Can you please tell me a better way to send them to you? Thank you so much in advance and I eagerly await your reply

    Hello, I just purchased the *** fight ***** vs ****** and subscription on DAZN on 04/20/24. We havent been able to access the fight or anything on there as we continue to get an error stating they are working on it and are having technical issues. I requested a refund and they stated they dont do refunds although they cannot fix the issue.

    On Feb. 11, 2024, we purchased a subscription with DAZN for the sole purpose of watching the Super Bowl. When we subscribed we selected a 'monthly saver' plan at $19.99 per month + tax ($22.59 CAD total). I do not remember what the options were but I selected the one that said 'monthly' and I remember it said 'cancel anytime'. We cancelled the subscription the day after the Super Bowl, Feb. 12, 2024. However, it says my subscription remains active with monthly payments until Feb. 12, 2025. When I contacted DAZN customer service they said I subscribed for an annual plan and therefore I can cancel the subscription but that payments will continue until the 12 months is up. I indicated several times that I must have done this in error or unknowingly but they insist that I agreed to an annual contract. They are not able to provide a copy of the terms that I agreed to and also cannot provide a copy of the confirmation email which states the plan I subscribed to. They did not provide any option to pause the contract or buy out the remaining months.They claim that the registration page clearly explains this was an annual plan however they provide no evidence of this. Most importantly, I have indicated that I am unhappy with the service, do not use it, did not knowingly agree to an annual plan, and would like to cancel immediately. I sent them an email in March, when I noticed that they had charged me again. I never heard back, until I sent them a second email (after being billed again in March) and threatened that I would go to the *** or start a class action law suit. They then offered that they could switch me to a different plan at a higher rate and it would start my 30 day cancellation period. This would end up with me paying for yet another month. I would like my cancellation effective immediately and a refund of the last two payments.$67.17

    Id like to add that I continued to try to contact them and threatened that I would make this public.  I received responses from four different representatives of the company.  Three said that I had no recourse and had knowingly signed up for a one year contract (not true).  The fourth said that I could apply to switch to a more expensive plan and, if approved, would be eligible the following month to quit the plan.  I chose to not do so, as I do not trust this company and its the principle of the thing.  From my online search of the BBB I could see that many others were also fooled into clicking on the monthly saver plan with the option to quit at any time.  Yes, you can quit at any time, but they will still charge you for a whole year.

    I signed up online on February 11 for their monthly subscription on their website which said I could cancel at any time. I opted to have them take the subscription payment off my credit card monthly.On march 14 I went on their website and cancelled the subscription, I notice on my credit card statement today that they took another payment off my credit card after I cancelled.I contacted their costumer service on their website to complain and they told me they are goin to charge me for a full year. I did some internet research on this company and found a lot of people complaining that this company pulled the same scam on them.
