was charged twice for a subscription. Somehow they one have record of one charge that they wont refund me for. My Bank account show the money has already been deducted from my account TWICE. Attempted to settle by just having them refund the one charge they show as I had attempted to cancel this last year 08/10/23. The service was poor which is why I attempted to cancel. I dont even care if I do not get the whole $428. I Do not want to pay for a service I can not use as the quality of the product, to be honest and not mean, was horrible. I have also filed a claim with my bank but after speaking with their customer service is it obvious Im going to need bigger guns. I dont understand how. I got married last summer and at our wedding, we received two 6-month subscription gift cards to DAZN. I used one gift card last fall and saved the other for this fall so that my husband and I can watch the *** season. When I went to redeem the code, I discovered the code was expired and is only good for 12 months after purchase. The gift card does not state anywhere on it that the card expires 12 months after purchase. Besides this, the card was purchased in ******, and in ****** gift cards cannot legally expire. I talked with customer service and they did absolutely nothing to help me but tell me too bad, the card is expired. $114 was paid for the card. I do not have account with ************* and I never authorize them to withdraw money from my *************** card, somehow they been took my money every 5th of the month since Dec 5, 2021. Total of $915.08. I did not realize until this month in July, (because I never check **** statement before.) This DAZN don't have *************** to contact, so I went online to complain about this to 5 differences persons already, spoken to ********************, Vaishanvi, Marupakula Babu, but no one is really helping, the team checked and can not find the solution. The company (DAZN) is advertising an all-inclusive fight package with a paid subscription you should be able to watch their fights without the additional cost being incurred. I paid the subscription cost to watch a fight and then was charged separately for that fight. I promptly canceled my subscription and requested a refund due to the misleading description and that I did not use their services. They denied my refund and told me to enjoy my subscription. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was refused. It is unacceptable for a company to claim services are included with a paid subscription only to later charge you individually. **************** was rude, unhelpful, and entirely useless and their supervisors, non-existent. I purchased a pay per view boxing match from Dazn on 4/21/2024 . I paid for the fight upfront and believed I was joining DAZN on a month to month basis. I cancelled the service last week and noticed I was charged another month for $19.99 toda. I started a a chat with a DAZN customer service representative by the name of *********************************** who told me i was under a yearly contract, which I never signed. The customer service representative would not cancel my subscription and would not give me his supervisors name. I never signed a yearly contract and just wanted to watch the boxing fight. I want DAZN to not only cancel my subscription but stop charging me monthly. DAZN is misleading, deceiving and stealing from customers now. It is actually impossible to cancel your service. I bought months ago to watch a pool tournament that happens once a year. I tried to cancel. Made me contact support who transferred me to an agent named "*************************" who said they would help me cancel. They then made me wait 15 minutes to tell me they got me a promotion of 50% off my subscription. I told them know, It didn't matter about the money. I just didn't use the service and wanted to cancel. They then told me I have to wait 30 days and pay another full month. I have been locked into a contract for a service I do not use that will not let me cancel. I do not believe I was fairly informed of this contract. **************** will not cancel my billing until the "contract" is up. I believe they intentionally deceived me. Date: 7/3/2024 5:40pm EST Tried to Cancel subscription but I was stopped from continuing my cancellation because DAZN kept giving me a $10 coupon to stay. The only way to cancel was to speak to a representative that on 3 different occasions tried to get me to continue subscription after expressly telling them to cancel the subscription and there was no changing my mind. After 10 minutes the woman processed my refund and then told me I would be liable for another payment in a month on 8/2/2024 as a part of their "30 day cancellation period." I paid on the 14th of June 2024, so my subscription should end on the 14th of July 2024. From what I gather, they are asking me to pay on 8/2/2024 for a service that i will not be receiving afterward. I will not be paying this and I ask the BBB investigate and reprimand these predatory business tactics. Like every other subscription service, i should get ease of cancellation and my service end upon the date of the next billing date. (7/14/2014 in this case)Business Response

Who do I contact? If this representative would be open to chatting with me, I would appreciate it. Felt like a boilerplate response with no specific mention on who to contact. If nothing else, I would like to know 1) why and 2) is it legal to have someone pay for a month of service I would not receive just because I decided to cancel my subscription. I was told I would be charged in August for cancelling my subscription in July BEFORE my next bill date. My service should end on my next bill date instead of making me pay another month for a service I DID NOT WANT and CANCELLED. Also I wanted to hear a justification from the representative on why cancelling the subscription was impossible until you found a tiny link that made you chat with a service member to cancel your subscription where they ignored your repeated requests to cancel your account to just turn around and offer a deal to stay. That's what I expected to see in this response, or at the very least, a specific person to contact. Thank you for your time and have a nice day.

I purchased a ***** monthly subscription for dazn streaming service.I just wanted to watch 1 football game in June as I was away on vacation.July 1st I noticed another charge for 1 dollar and some change. Claiming to be a prorated charge for cancellation. So because I cancelled on June 2nd 2024 I now owe them an extra day of service.Any users who use this service have this hidden charge. I tried to speak with their customer service to no avail as that's their policy.Basically if anyone buys their service and cancels let's say 20 days after purchasing. They will charge you an extra 20 days of the next month thanks to their hidden policies.I would also like to note that they do not allow you to delete your account and remove your ***** or am I allowed to block all future payments by *****
