    I have been trying to cancel my **** account for over a month and am still waiting to hear back. I subscribed to their service because it was advertised in ****** as having the *** Championship. However, it does not. I got the service to watch **********, and they have only had one game so far this season out of 6 games. This isnt acceptable; frankly, it's false/misleading advertising. I was told I would receive an email regarding this issue via support chat on August 17th. It is now September 21, and I have not received anything. This is inferior customer service. **** are trying to avoid the issue here to take my money. **** agents in the chat told me several times the games were on ****, and all I had to do was log in, and they would be available. Gaslighting me to make this seem like MY PROBLEM. In reality, **** falsely advertises having the broadcasting rights for the *** Championship when they do not.**** has created a false general impression via its ad campaign and website copy that it has the games. Beyond this, you have confirmed to me in writing that it has the *** Championship games. All of this is false.They have locked me into a $24.99 subscription for 12 months for a service they don't actually provide and are now refusing to acknowledge or resolve the issue. The ads and website state, "Watch EFL Championship live & on-demand on DAZN CA, in HD and on any device. Sign up today." This is categorically a false claim.

    DAZN will not acknowledge the fact that they are falsely advertising the *** Championship rights in ******, misleading customers into signing up for their service.  They continue to send mindless emails pretending to not understand the issue so that they can drag out the conflict and continue to bill me for the service they advertise but DO NOT provide. They are continuing to bill me $28 monthly for a service they clearly advertise but do not have.

    I am filing a complaint because this company continues to bill you after you cancel your subscription. Last i checked thats stealing. And when you contact customer service, not a one of them speaks clear English and chat is much worse. I had to finally call the bank and put a stop payment and report it as fraudulent. Close this place down and do not let them continue to scam everyone.

    September 8, 2024 - I went to renew my subscription as I normally do every year, except this time it kept popping up as an error on my account. Little did I know that each "Error" that was occurring, DAZN was charging my credit card. Now I have close to $200 of charges on my card and still no DAZN. What kind of **** is this?

    On July 7, 2024 I purchased a "fight bundle" for $121.88 from **** for the **** **** vs **** ***** and the **** **** vs ***** ******** fights. I was never aware of purchasing any monthly subscription. I noticed on my bank account that I have since been charged $31.79 per month since this transaction. **** will not let me cancel my subscription and will not refund my money for the subscription I never purchased.

    I pay monthly for a live and on demand sports streaming service called **** that allows me to stream womens soccer matches from leagues around the world. ***** website states they provide a 30-day window of sports entertainment. ***** content spans a 30-day period, allowing you to view past events for the next 30 days. In reality, this is not the case. I noticed it toward the end of August 2024 when soccer matches that had just occurred were not available for replay. I reached out to **** customer service via chat and their Instagram social media account and was told my issue was being escalated and that I would receive an email reply but I have yet to hear from them and full replays are still not available. What I find especially frustrating is that the full replays of these games is available to watch for free on DAZNs ******* channel, but there are a lot of advertisements to sit through. The reason I pay for the service is I want to watch without commercial interruption, however, **** is not providing the service they are charging me for each month.

    This was suppose to be a free subscription when I ordered a boxing match. I paid for the match n cancelled the free trial same day. Now I am being charged monthly for a subscription I never signed up for. I asked them to remove my credit card they will not. I told them I do not authorized these charges and I was told to had it will be charged for next year I advised this is fraudulent its my ******** did not authorize. I wanted a refund. I dont even care about refund. But they dont control my card or authorization of my card

    I canceled my subscription to DAZN on or around 07/13/2024. Today on 08/13/2024, I noticed that they were still trying to bill me. Only then did I realize that they planned on billing me for the entire year. DAZN didn't make it clear that this streaming service unlike others lock you into an annual contract. The one fight that I tried to watch constantly glitched and I missed many parts of the fight. I canceled my service because unlike other streaming services, the quality of their service was horrible. On top of that, DAZN makes it incredibly difficult to reach someone to talk about canceling your account. This is a horrible business practice. DAZN should be reprimanded for this business practice. I'm not paying a single dime for a service I'm not going to use. DAZN can't even provide quality streaming. Before purchasing my subscription I had no reason to believe DAZN would not be a quality streaming service provider. But after watching one fight that was extremely shorty and glitchy I'd never pay for this service.

    I received a promotional offer from **** which I subscribed to. I cancelled after 2 months as it was no longer useful to me. However, my credit card continued to be charged. When I wrote to **** I received a form response saying that even though my subscription was cancelled my account would continue to be charged for one year as I had signed up for the annual plan. No where was this made clear upfront on the **** website. I therefore feel that the continued charges are not correct and should be stopped. I am a retired senior and cant afford to spend money on a service I dont require. Thank you.

    On 10-16-2022 I signed up for a free trial of *** Game Pass through ***GamePass website. On 10-23-2022 I was charged $149.99 by *** Game Pass for the season. I used ****** for this transaction.On or about 1-15-2023 I got on the website and cancelled my subscription so that it wouldnt auto-renew the next year. It showed I successfully cancelled my subscription. I was reviewing my bank statement on Monday and saw that I was charged by ******************* After a lot of research, I learned that ***GamePass was bought by DAZN and they had charged me $217.46 on 8-2-23. And then was charged $226.02 again on 8-2-24. I did not authorize these charges and I never re-subscribed to get *** pass. I didnt enter into any contract or sign up with Dazn. They took my data and my account information when they acquired ***GamePass and then re-started my subscription and used it without my authorization. The total I was charged that was unauthorized was $443.48 and I am requesting a refund immediately. I reached out to DAZN on 8-4-24 when I realized this had been charged without my knowledge. I have not heard back from them and there is no other way to contact them. I have reported this to Pay Pal as well. My original subscription with ***GamePass was under ***************************************** however I do not have access to that account. *****************************

    DAZN is very sneaky and dishonest about their charges and billing policies.Signed up in 2020 for a free trial to use the service to watch a single boxing match and promptly canceled my subscription.Just realized I have been charged $29.99 per month for the last 4 years. Ive never once received an email from them informing me of monthly statements or bills, or that an automatic payment was going through. I only noticed when I was going through my credit card line by line looking for something else.*** moved address and my billing address has changed during that time and they never needed to confirm that.My credit card has even been replaced during that time (new expiration date, same number), but theyve somehow been able to continue to charge me without having me update my card details.Monthly emails with a bill and confirming an automatic payment is going through should be STANDARD.When I finally noticed that Ive been billed monthly for a service Im positive I canceled and the subscription years ago- they made me jump through hoops to cancel. I had to wait on hold and speak to a representative before they would cancel. They kept making me decline offer after offer. Not allowing an easy cancelation online and requiring you to actually contact a representative and wait on hold is a poor business practice.
