I have been unable to use the account. My computer does not use up to date software. I had been trying to cancel the account, they have no customer service # i could find to assist me, the online chat is a bot, and finally had to email them on 12/5 to ask them to do it for me. They cancelled it on 12/6 but state i need to pay ****** for 12/6/24 to 12/6/2025 period that i wont be using. This is unacceptable. I am not using the service and i should not have to pay for a whole year i cant use when i have tried and asked for it to be canceled.Initial Complaint

On August 5, 2024, I confirmed with four different **** agents that an annual subscription would be $199.99 x tax. On August 16, I was charged $262.50 when I should have been charged $209.99. I contacted **** customer service to ask for a refund of the amount I was overcharged. I provided screenshots of my conversations with previous agents who stated the price of the subscription, but **** refused to issue a refund. I submitted a chargeback to my credit card company for the amount of the overage - $52.50. On August 28, **** cancelled my subscription. When I contact **** about this, the agent told me I would receive a full refund. **** accepted the chargeback, however, I have been refunded only $52.50. I have repeatedly contacted **** for the remaining refund of $209.99, but agents keep telling me they issued the refund and to talk to my bank. I have spoken to my card issuer numerous times and confirmed NO REFUND has been issued. I provided proof to **** showing that the only amount I recieved back is $52.50 and asking for the remaining balance of $209.99 to be refunded. They keep telling me they refunded the entire amount and to talk to my bank. There was an error made by the billing department and **** refuses to correct the error and give me my money back.Customer Answer

Date of transaction: 12/3/2024 Signed up for a month to month subscription for **** to watch sporting events while traveling. After signing up received an email stating there was a contract to keep the month to month service for a year. I did not consent to a contract, only to a month purchase with an option to cancel. Immediately upon receiving this email, within an hour from initially signing up, I reached out to **** to let them know they put me in the wrong plan and I wanted them to either cancel the product completely or put me on the month to month plan as originally request. They have repeatedly refused to cancel the subscription or adjust to the one month charge, stating that I used the service already. I only used the service from the time I signed up until the time they sent me the incorrect contract. I notified them immediately and stopped using their product immediately. All of this transpired within an hour of requesting their product. Back and forth emails have reached no conclusion other than them repeating that there is nothing they will do.Customer Answer

DAZN has offered to let me pay $12CAD on 1 Jan to get out of their illegal contract. I will not know if this is resolved until after 1 January because they will not send confirmation until then and will not allow me to pay out of it until then. I will pay the $12 and if they send confirmation or cancel the subscription as asked I will update BBB. At this time this has not been resolved.

On August 1st I was charged the amount of $105.81 for **** subscription. I have since requested, and was told by representatives, that I would receive a refund because the service is not usable in my current location. They have since cancelled the service, but have not provided me with the refund after requesting multiple times. All I get back is a generated email with no progress at all. **** is a scam and continues to charge me after cancellation, failing to follow their own cancellation policy based on what I signed up for. They are conducting business in bad faith, and continue to charge me after repeated complaints. I signed up and paid first month, the app did not work for me, and they refuse to cancel regardless. I do not believe based on my location I should have even been offered what I paid for, yet they wil not listen, will not escalate, and charge me for a service they cannot provide. I have had a lot of service issues with ****. I have contacted support for assistance. they keep telling me the issue is resolved and when i send screenshots or videos of the ongoing issue, they require to start the troubleshooting all over again. I have asked many times to speak to a manager and they keep declining me this opportunity. there is no way to speak of compensation for an application this is not providing the service needed. I still have issues and their tech support is not qualified to fix the issue. I simply would like to refunded so i can subscribe to another application.Customer Answer

I paid in full for a one-time fight. I never signed up or authorized a monthly subscription. I was never notified of any recurring subscription. They have repeatedly charged me for a monthly service I was not even aware of having. I have reached out to them and asked for refund but to no avail. I logged into the site to watch one fight on a fight card. It was a friend's fight (not a main event). The site said you get one week free. It was not free. The site charged me a subscription. I did not get to watch my friend's fight because the website and TV app would not load the fight between one saying the fight was locked and the other just looping due to a broken link. They then charged me for some other PPV fight that had already occurred and again was not the fight I wanted to watch. This all occurred within ***** minutes. I immediately contacted their support and said I needed a refund and to cancel my subscription. They refused, lied to me about a "concern team", went back and force on policies to try and confuse the actual issue, and ultimately were the absolute worst customer service and support I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. I documented and screenshotted the entire 1.5 hour conversation because yes it was that bad. They later charged me another subscription fee after i had already tried to cancel with them day one as mentioned. I contacted support again, and well same issues. No refund. When you speak their "support" you feel like you are being scammed by a fraudulent company. They definitely do not operate like a legit business. I consider them to be scammers. You will to if you login and or contact their support. After seeing how many other people they have scammed, I believe a class action law suit is needed. They have a lot to fix if they want to be considered a real business.Initial Complaint
