    I signed up on this app for the ******** ******* fight. I tried using the app and found that it wasnt user friendly or intended for the purpose of purchase I reached out to the help icon the following day to cancel and was advised they would cancel account. I was told I would be refunded but when I didnt get a refund I didnt care but I just checked out my statement and see Im being charged again. I reach out again and told the same thingy account has been cancelled then they proceed to send 4 different conflicting messages and then bribes me if I pay 20 he will cancel my account

    On February 22nd I started a free trial of **** and paid the *** for a fight card. Later that night I thought I canceled the subscription. Then on March 2nd I was charged for the subscription, so I proceeded to cancel it again. After reading further, they are saying they will charge me again on April 4th.

    I purchased a boxing fight on 9/15/2024 and their streaming situation was very misleading. I asked for a full refund due to me thinking(they advertised it)I can stream in 2 devices. I did the chat box and asked for a refund and cancellation of my account and they didnt approve my refund which I was okay with. Still I expected for my account to be cancelled. It wasnt cancel and they are refusing to refund me me my money back as I dont use their services and its so difficult to cancel their services. I will attach all documents.

    I am filing a complaint against **** regarding unauthorized billing and refusal to refund charges.I originally signed up for a **** subscription on October 14, 2023, and canceled my subscription in November 2024, after completing one year of service. At that point, my monthly subscription ended, and I had no active services with *****However, in February 2025, **** reactivated my subscription without my consent and began charging me $26.24 per month. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that I was now locked into a 12-month contract until December 2025, despite never having reactivated my subscription or agreeing to new terms.**** has refused to refund the February ********************************************************** until December 2025 without my authorization. This is an unfair and deceptive business practice, as I did not agree to a contract renewal or reactivation of my subscription.I request that DAZN:Immediately cancel the unauthorized subscription.Refund the February 2025 payment of C Cease all further charges to my account.

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by DAZN Group Ltd. regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:they advised that if i pay a $50 fee for the March payment they will cancel further withdrawals and will close the account. i agreed to this because i want this to end,  but I let them know that i still didnt find their policy explaining why they restarted payments without my permission in Feb 2025. They did not confirm receipt of my email and have not made the March withdrawal yet so i am not sure if they will take the $50 as the final payment. Their email advised they would not provide a refund.

    I purchased a pay per view event months and months ago from DAZN (the event was Ngannou vs ****** boxing card). I have been unknowingly charged $30 a month ever since, which just for arguments sake is an exorbitant price for the services offered and makes no attempt to even advertise these supposed services so that customers can access them. On top of this, their platform made it very difficult to cancel the subscription and had numerous steps with insidious displays that were dominated by buttons to keep subscription while intentionally hiding the option to cancel. I am not seeking compensation but this was clearly not a fair trade and it was perpetuated by intentional dishonesty by the platform design. Please look into this

    Misleading and predatory practices. I signed up for a promo for a monthly subscription. Original price is *****/month, and ***** for the first month. Decided to cancel and the site shows I will be charged for a full year. I reached out via chat and was told I was in a yearly contract. Nothing on the site during sign up mentioned a yearly contract. ***** was offered as a monthly plan. The *** then told me I would be charged $10 for a cancellation fee. This is price gauging and predatory. I am demanding cancellation immediately and no additional charges to my account!

    ***** website provides intentionally misleading language to lure customers in by stating you can sign up for a monthly contract with 30 days notice for cancellation. Then upon trying to cancel you are informed that this is an annual contract. There is no customer service and they intentionally obfuscate information to ****** you into annual contracts. Theres even a lawsuit in ********** right now.

    Good afternoon BBB, I am sorry to trouble you but i feel obligated to bring this to your attention. I purchased a pay per view event from **** on Dec 21st for a boxing match. Unknown to me, and thousands of others according to ****** searches, i was entrapped in a 12 month subscription while i made what i thought was a one time purchase for a one time event. The amount of this is $28CDN and change per month. This company ****, is using unethical and shady tactics to entrap people into contracts without their knowledge. I find this to be unethical and utter nonsense. Yesterday i spent hours attempting to negotiate with **** to no avail, they simply will not relent which in itself reflects their overall strategy of taking advantage of people. Eventually two different agents offered a one-time payment to "end" the "subscription", one offered $10 and one $20. It is abundantly clear this company is using unethical tactics and hidden contracts deep in their T&C's to take advantage of people. It is absolutely atrocious behavior. I have attached here my string with the first online agent, which also clearly shows how my "subscription" was cancelled on the day of purchase, after which they claim this is only an "auto-renewal" even though it clearly states a cancellation. Again this is nothing but shady entrapment, and thievery. Leading people on only to bill them at a later date. I have filled a complaint with the fraud department of my bank which is ongoing as well as ******. However i felt the need to inform BBB as well given the seer scale of this theft after i spent some time reading others stories online. There are thousands of these examples. It is simply unacceptable and this company needs to be held accountable. Please do what you can for the sake of simple consumers and decent people such as myself. Thank you, ****.

    I signed up for **** on March 8, 2024, to watch the Ngannou vs ****** pay-per-view (PPV) fight, believing it was a one-time purchase. However, **** automatically enrolled me in a recurring Monthly Flex Saver subscription without clearly communicating this during the purchase process.Since March 2024, I was charged $29.99 monthly, amounting to $339.89, despite never using the service again. I only discovered the recurring charges in January 2025 and immediately contacted **** to request a refund. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, **** refused, citing their Terms of Use.The subscription was not clearly disclosed, and I was misled into recurring charges I did not knowingly agree to. Furthermore, ***** support team admitted that the subscription was active but unused throughout this period, reinforcing my claim that the charges were unintentional.DAZNs refusal to issue a refund and their lack of transparency in the purchase process is unacceptable. This has caused financial and emotional frustration, as I feel their practices were unfair and misleading.

    I had subscribed to **** to watch a few football games on one occasion In November 2024 i cancelled it immediately after , as I always do if I dont intend to use the service and I would forget if I didnt do it immediately,Today I looked at my credit card bill and it turns out they kept charging me monthly even after cancelling. Upon connecting the help@dazn, I was told there is nothing he can do and I am on the hook for monthly payments until November 2025.Basically I was signed for some sort of yearly contract without my knowledge.I pressed for more annswerd and when I told them I will cancel my credit card to dispute the charge, I was told that if I would like I can pay them ANOTHER $20 immediately just to get out of the contract.This is beyond unprofessional and I cant bed lift crooks like this are operating freely in year 2025
