    On 4/22/2023, I purchased a PPV fight from DAZN; total $90.94. On that night, despite refreshing my app on phone and computer numerous times, the fight did not come thru. After 90 mins of frustration, the main event was nearing so I purchased the fight through the Showtime app without issue. I contract DAZN on several occasions following the fight to request a refund as they failed to deliver the services I paid for. Each time I have been unsuccessful and on several occasions I was advised the matter was under investigation and I would receive a response within 72 hours. I have not been contacted by any DAZN employees. I was provided case #/enquiry ids: ******** and ******** regarding the matter.

    On April 22,2023, I downloaded the **** app and paid $84.99 to watch the ********************* VS ******************* fight. This price included one month subscription which I did not want but paid for it anyways because I really wanted to watch the fight. When it was time for the fight to start the app just provided a message stating the pay preview was already purchased. However, when I would click on the option to open the fight it would not open. I noticed many people were having the same issue as they were posting comments and pictures of what I was experiencing as well on social media. To fix the issue, I opened a ticket with **** customer support on 4/22/2023. I received a message from **** on 4/23/2023 stating they were aware of the issue and will be in touch. It is now 5/23/2023 and havent heard anything about the situation nor received any type of refund. I have already canceled the monthly subscription and would like a full refund of the $84.99 that I paid.

    Dazn is a online company that offers sports content, including pay per view at an extra cost. on april 22nd , i authorized them to charge a total of about *****. 60.00-65.00 was for a pay per view boxing fight and the rest was for a monthly subscription. At the time of the fight, the content was not available and i was unable to watch the content i paid for. The company doesnt offer a phone number to call only a chat agent but none were available. in addition my debit card was charged 4 times. 2 were reversed. i have been in touch with them on and off via chat and the rest hasnt been refunded although i was promised a refund within 7 business days when i spoke to them via chat 04/25/2023. in addition i had cancelled services with them and there was an aditional charge on my account today 05/23/2023.

    So I purchased a monthly savor plan so I could have DAZN for one month and then cancel it. And they trick you into naming an annual plan as monthly saver. I get forced into an annual plan charging me $20 a month for an entire year with zero chance to cancel. Ive done every step to contact them and offered to pay $50 to Just switch to the plan I originally tried to pick. And they refuse. Theyre money hungry scammers. They do not care about customers, every website has all 1 star reviews for them. I want to either get a refund or have my plan switched from annual to monthly. I do not use DAZN. There was no confirmation page before my payment went through. If there was a confirmation page I would have cancelled. If companies do not have a confirmation page the contract is not legally binding and I explained that to them and they quite simply told me I dont care this NEEDS to be corrected. I cannot afford $240 for a service I do not use, that is more expensive then my Phone bill.

    I paid (twice) for a boxing fight on April 22nd and it never worked. The first was on the website and the second through the app via apple pay. They themselves have acknowledged that the services sold did not work, but they have not made any effort to rectify the situation. Their email said "Thank you for contacting DAZN Support. We apologize unreservedly to any customer who experienced a delay which may have impacted their ability to watch last nights fight. We are investigating the issue and will be in touch with affected customers in due course."     On 4-30-23 I was charged ****** through auto-pay by DAZN which is a television application that I signed up for 3 or 4 years ago. I paid for my first year and cancelled the app. I attempted to call them but their number seems to be disconnected. This purchase was not authorized nor at any time was this application accessed after cancellation.

    I purchased a boxing match for a one time fee of $84.99 and was automatically enrolled in a subscription plan for $24.99 a month.

     I received the following reply from DAZN (see below). My issue is my intention was to purchase an online fight for ***** 22,2023 for a one time fee of $85. DAZN's website automatically signed me up for a monthly subscription that was automaticly deducted from my bank account.

    I wanted to cancel my subscription. Prior to my annual renewal date, I followed the directions provided by DAZN to cancel my subscription. On my DAZN sign in page it says my subscription has been cancelled. However, DAZN continues to try to charge my credit card. As a consequence, my credit card is on fraud hold so that they cannot do so. The credit card company gave me a phone number for DAZN to try to fix this, however, that phone number does not work. I need DAZN to no longer attempt to charge my credit card, and to send me an email so stating.

    I had a yearly subscription with DAZN for several years paying $99.00 per year. It was set up to renew automatically every year and each year was always $99.00 I was reviewing the charges on my credit card and noticed that they charged me $224.99 for the renewal. I was never notified of the price increase. Went through my emails and found NO notifications of the price increase for the yearly subscription. There is no number to call them. Contacted them though their website via chat but was told there were no refunds allowed on the yearly subscription. I find this policy to be so unfair when the price increased by more than double. Consumers should be notified and should be allowed to cancel and get a refund if they cannot pay the new high price. I only requested a pro-rated refund for the remaining months (11 months) and they refused to refund me. This company should be investigated because we as consumers should be aware of such price hikes for the services we pay and we should not be forced to keep a subscription that we could no longer afford to pay. Please investigate this company. I find it so unfair how they are doing business.

    I paid DAZN for subscription and PPV event for the ***** vs ****** Fight. $24.99 and $84.99.The app was not working, we had to buy the event with another company because it wasnt working even to the main event. I tried chatting with the company, emailed, said they would resolve in a timely manner and they have failed to provide a full refund. They also charged me 3 times but theyve corrected 2 charges including membership. Now it is just the $84.99 that remains. *** tried chatting, emailing for over 3 weeks with no respond back. Theres no number to call.
