      They do not fulfill their promises. I ordered internet 08/12 and was told I would be shipped a device 08/16 and service would start that day. The device never came. I called 08/18 at 9 AM. I had to call three different times because the line kept hanging up on me. I was transferred three times. The sixth person told me that they don't know what happened and that I would receive the router 08/19. On 08/19, I reached out via chat and was told there was no tracking number and that I would not receive until 08/21. When I asked for rush shipping, I was connected to a tenth person, who told me that the device was never going to ship. I did not qualify for the device and needed a tech to come to install it.
      It took communicating with 10 people, over the course of several hours, to tell me that their technology and personnel did not realize that I did not qualify for the type of service that they promised me - twice.
      This Fortune 500 company did not have enough resources to get a van to my house to fulfil their contractual obligations.
      They are understaffed, the staff that they have is not trained and refuse to connect you with a manager.
      They have no contact with physical store locations, they have no system, they do not care about their customers or their promises. It is disgusting how incompetent such a large company can be.

      Verizon has terrible support. They charge you for services on your plan, which as hot spot, but then fail to enable so that you can use the service. Essentially they charge you for the service that you can’t even use. I’ve open multiple support tickets to get the service enabled, but nothing is ever done. They send a message saying they received the service request and then take no further action.

      As business customer, I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and all of the outsourced customer service to offshore support! This is sickening and your billing is outrages! Its horrible and I will be switching soon!

      Verizon LIES
      I spent almost 3 hours on the phone with Verizon last night and was promised I would receive a router for internet before 8 P.M.
      NOTHING.
      I called to report this and was "disconnected " and received a text saying I would get a call back..nothing
      I am tired of the lies about other things as well.

      I first off foremost am exhausted for the last 3 months, version reps hanging up transferring calls to another person cause they don't know how to solve. I have never been beat so badly by customer service not taking care of the issue they have created internally unto my account. At lease 50 or more reps I've spoke and nothing has been resolved.

      Issues began with Verizon home service approximately July 23rd where began receiving fluctuating internet service to the point of being unusable.

      Calling them on July 24th with my concern after troubleshooting for approximately 2 hours with the technician he determined that I needed a new modem. In which I was told I would be receiving one.

      After a week of not receiving it I called them back and they said no order was placed for a new modem. So then I had the troubleshoot again with the tech the same issues and the same results another modem was supposed to be sent out.

      Then after receiving this modem I attempted to call them since the packaging said I must call before activation. I attempted to call them at 6:00 a.m., 7:00 a.m., 8:00 a.m. all receiving automated AI services saying it's after hours.

      I looked up their hours of service and they open at 8:00 a.m. EST and I am PST so they should have been open.

      So then I schedule an appointment for a call back in which they called me back later in the day on July 31st. This call lasted approximately an 1 1/2 hrs where we did attempted activation, troubleshooting.

      After which they began looking at my address saying there is no service to my address which is incorrect since I've had service with them for a couple years now. So then they begin giving me the runaround saying I have no service at this address but they may be able to do some workarounds which I will need to wait in additional five business days to see if it works.

      Today August 1st I call them requesting some sort of credit for my 7 hours of troubleshooting plus no service in which I'm attempting to work at home which is impossible with no internet. They offered a one-week credit on the home service which is completely unacceptable.

      So as it stands I have no home internet, I cannot work from home and I'm waiting to see if they're going to fix it which may be the middle of next week if I hear back from them.

      After almost 20 yrs as a customer,recently received the worst service ever. I'm disgusted and disappointed. Totally disregard it's customer base and show no compassion on helping a client. Generation taking over customer services is the worst. I pray that this get to the executive offices. Total disregard. I wish verizon go bankrupt.

      I signed up for fios didnt even have service 30days cancelled now they trying to say I had fios service for almost a year at a address that fios is not even available at

      Called n spoke to a representative about a e-gift card… I was told I would receive it in 30 days. They told me 8 weeks. I was so ****** off about that. It’s a e-gift card. Why not submit it? It’s not a card that is coming from the mail
