      I have been trying to communicate with someone disputing charges on my bill and i keep getting different representative via chat and they are no help since each keeps asking what i need help with then explain why i am reaching out a new representative starts answering asking what i need help with, this is a terrible customer experience.

      Over 2 hours, waiting on customer service to answer. All I kept hearing was music in the background. I attempted to chat with the representative and still no assistance. I was directed to log in but the website could not verify my credentials.

      Watch out to lie to you they'll tell you one thing and your bill will be something else and then you got to fight with him be on the phone for 3 hours talk to several different supervisors and then you end up with just the average Joe that answered the phone will resolve the issue whenever three or four supervisors before said that they couldn't do it they're pretty much worthless they're not even worth a star they're worth minus five or minus 100

      I’ve been dealing with Verizon business for a couple of months because they had sent me 3 new routers to replace my old ones but they ended up charging me for all 6 routers even though I only needed 3. So I sent back the new ones and they were still charging me for the 6 routers. So I’ve been trying to get my money back but have failed and I decided not to pay the last bill because they were charging me over $1000 more than my usual bill and they just deactivated my service. I called the customer service and a guy named **** was of no help. Instead he started giving me attitude and told me that my only option was to pay more than $1300 to get my service back. I hope they don’t train all of their employees like that guy. But now looking for other phone services as now I do want to get away from Verizon.

      Verizon does not want to help you or any of their customers. They will steal your money and promise to make it right then leave you hanging hundreds in debt and try to report you to the credit agency.

      Verizon has the worst customer service. My bills are going up and when I ask for an explanation the agent became nervous and hung up the phone. When I was starting out my business I had no idea what I signed up for. The fax machine never worked and I’m paying for it every month. I’m paying for additional lines which I never used.
      Just because you are a big shot doesn’t mean you can scam your customers.

      After 19 years as a customer, I have been lied to and deceived about home internet. They sell me orders to set up internet, but do not ship equipment and cancel orders without communication days later. This has been ongoing now for 2+ months. When I call customer service they tell me more lies and keep repeating the deception of promising me services only to later not fulfill again.
      I have requested to speak with supervisors but they do not call back either.

      I called to inform Verizon that I was switching internet providers several weeks before switching. I switched to ******** and then I received another bill for the next month. I called and spoke to someone that said they would take care of it. But received another bill with a penalty fee. Wrote to Verizon asking them to stop and please rectify the situation. I received another bill with an additional fee.

      this is the worst customer service interaction ever.. they do nothing except LIE AND STEAL your money. they are not consistant with their resolutions from one representive to the next. AND THEY SAY....VALUED CUSTOMER..opps another lie
