      I've lost service for 24 hours now, and there's no resolution to date. First it was supposed to be turned on at 10 PM last night, then 2 AM, then 10 AM this morning. On a recent call, the next connection time is 6 PM.
      Most important thing is that my **** cameras connect to the internet. Second is that we can't use our laptops or computers. I'd like to know what our recourse is for this inconvenience.

      Very unpleased with there service and customer service.they tell you one thing and they do the opposite. They are not doing as told they tell you that they are working on your account and also leaving noted that are to be corrected and then when you call back the next rep days that they are not seeing and records so you loose out of money promotion and the promised corrections that they say they are working on and credit.they are not nothing as told

      I had a minor issue with a promotion regarding activation of the NFL Sunday Ticket. After lodging a complaint, Verizon’s executive resolution team reached out less than 12 hours later and made things right! Thank you to Sharon for the wonderful supper and customer experience! 10/10

      i am trying to cancel the "perks" and it is mission impossible, they dont answer the phone, they clearly only answer the chat, and after 3 times spending more than 30 mins on the chat they promised they will delete the "perks" from my account next month i find they are still charging me, but in fact the perks are not active! so they did cancel the perks but they still charged me for that! terrible Verizon is a monopoly and they don't care about customers!

      Verizon kept charging my account through auto pay and I had no Internet and wasn't able to watch TV or stream any movies as well as a promotion that was offer they was supposed to give me a television and I never received a television because my payment was late which I informed bank of all transactions from 07/01/2025

      I have a land line phone service with Verizon. Since early morning Thursday, August 14, 2024, I have not had the use of our phone. We are an elderly couple, each with health issues, which leaves us in a precarious situation. I have called Verizon many times for help. I had THREE appts scheduled to fix out phone. This was for 8/15, 8/16, and 8/22 each with a four timeframe to come. They failed to come each time. No contact from them to us. I called, once again, on Monday, August 25th and spoke with Michelle a dispatch clerk on Long Island, NY said she would arrange a service repair call for today - Tuesday, August 26th. Could this be the day they fix our landline? Received a message on the cell phone from Todd a Verizon Technician who said he would be coming today. Had to go to Walmart to purchase two cell phones so we would have contact with the "outside" world in case of an emergency either with us or our home. I have been a "loyal customer' for over thirty years. I am not pleased how I have been treated, abused, and ignored in my efforts to have my land line phone service restored. I have reached out and tried every possible avenue for the past twelve days to get the necessary help needed. SHAME ON YOU VERIZON FOR US HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS SITUATION WITH YOU LACK OF PROVIDING PROPER CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICE. Profit and greed do rule in the corporate world but think of the millions of people who helped you get to where you are. Have some compassion for us.

      Last August we were approached by a Verizon Business Internet Sales Rep about a referral program, which promises $400 visa gift cards for each party after 3 months of service with Verizon Fios. We completed the needed paperwork, made lots of referrals, but in the end didn't receive all the gift cards that were promised. Both the sales rep and the gift card department's numbers went voided, and we have never heard back from Verizon since then.

      My father is fighting for his life with his body full of cancer and heart failure. Needless to say he has been a 15 year customer. He receives at least ***** spam calls per day. I used to be able to call and get him answer his phone and now all important phone calls are missed because his phone doesn't stop ringing from early morning until late at night . This is not at all exaggerating and more than frustrating I don't know what to do. I ask that please god willing someone will be able to respond and help correct this situation. It would be a absolute blessing. I have tried over and over to get assistance with resolving this issue and never get anywhere. So disappointing and feel like I'm helpless. I hope someone can help my ol man getting his phone back to normal. I have switched numbers and it didn't help at all. Stuck in the same ol situation feeling like there's no solution for a 15 year customer who needs to be able to receive ?? important ?? calls from the doctors, family, and have a normal working phone. It's beyond harassment. I value people who work hard and diligently do there job. I have yet been able to reach someone who can help. All I can hope is that someone who knows what they are doing will reach out and give us the customer service we deserve. Please help! Thank you!

      Been a customer of Verizon for over 15 years. Our present bill of $218.47 was raised by $60 to $278.47 a 27% increase! On a limited income and cannot afford a $60 a month increase! Vendor won’t respond to my increase in my bill. How can I survive with a 2X increase in County And School Taxes 3x in *** ****** City Taxes, $25 a month increase in water and electric charges, $600 increase in yearly Auto & Home Insurances. All these increases in the last 4 Months! Now Verizon wants a $60 increase in Cable and Internet Fees! When is it going to end!
