      Cancelled my landline in May of this year. Overpaid $ 23.90. Still waiting for my refund ! Talked to rep.this morning;she told me it would be 60 days after my last bill which was July 3rd ! Now we're talking Sept. ! If I would have been this late paying bill;phone would have been shut off & I would have been turned over to a collection agency + late fees,etc. Oh,the reason I shut off landline was because it was down half the time. I live in a rural area & would have been better off using string & tin cans ! Totally ridiculous! My advice is to go out of you're way to find any carrier but Verizon !

      Bait and Switch
      When I subscribed to the FIOS Service in 2020 I was given an ***.com email address. I asked the rep is this was associated with the paid FIOS service and was told yes.
      Great I have an email address paid for that I can rely upon for important accounts such as billing etc
      Only to have 2FA fail today, have my account locked out and support telling me I need to buy support to unlock it.
      Did research, come to find VZ transferred all email to VZ media then sold them to *** who dropped all accounts to a free w/o support services level. I was never notified. If I had I would have removed the *** account from use immediately.
      This feels like bait and switch. I was exposed to this risk for 5+ years. Very upset with VZ, and VZ support said they cannot do anything to assist. The VZ reps I communicated with didn’t seem to be aware of this either. The *** rep just kept asking to confirm my identity for account access, then pretended she couldn’t hear me in the phone and hung up after I objected to paid support being necessary.
      Complaints filed FCC, BBB, Verizon, ***/***** and NJ Division of Consumer Affairs.
      This is just wrong and slimy business practice by both companies.

      This business ruined my credit for services I never even had. My building isn't wired for Verizon internet but they still sold it to me and then when it didn't work they sent a technician who told me the truth. I sent back the equipment and thought that was the end of it. Instead they said i never paid my bill and it went to collections. Now my credit is ruined. Never use them for anything.

      I canceled my internet service and returned the box to them. months later they send me a bill for $213.00 because I did not return the box (INFACT I DID) I called them back to back for months, spoke with three or so employees that had confirmed that EVERYTHING WAS TAKEN CARE OF, then the following month, I get another bill (DO THE SAME THING-) Got told it was taken care of, NOW I SEE THEY SENT THE BILL TO COLLECTIONS.!!!!. -43 points went down because of Verizon's stupidity. I am beyond LIVID!

      Verizon makes it impossible to reach a live agent in any capacity, the AI is useless and they want to charge me $10 just to talk to an agent. They are scam artists and need to address their customer service issues IMMEDIATELY!

      Uses internet for my small business. They misrepresented their rates then were never able to actually deliver internet to my building. It took several days to send a technician and hours of problem solving. I finally cancelled services within 3 weeks and went with another provider and have had no issues.

      The equiptment was returned and 1 year later they are refusing to refusn my initial financial outlay and are billing me monthly. We terminated with allotted 30 days and are still dealing with representatives. The service is awful and their customer service is disgusting and awful.

      Our equiptment was dropped off to their site, we have receipt and they are still saying they never received or "cant locate" our equiptment.

      I cannot say enough terrioble things about the way this has been handled. Taking advantage of small business and not even trying to help solve this issue.

      Verizon Fios is the worst company I ever had to deal with. Verizon Fios is the worst company in the world. Have problems since 2021. Multiple routers, multiple techs, multiple complaints- all the same- the worst service! Now new service and again PROBLEMS: first TV, now fax. I spent 1,5 hours on phone with Verizon CS/support/Home device protect trying to fix fax issues. After all, 3 associates know NOTHING, scheduled tech to come in again to fix new service’s phone/fax line. My next step would be to call a few local TV stations to expose unprofessionalism and empty promises.

      Their customer service, the entire process, is a complete nightmare! They are unprofessional, hard to contact an human, and you feel like your dealing with things at a high school level. I was sent to collections for a mistake on their end and it took several phone calls before a resolution, that I was beyond elated about. then they sent me to collections... Now I’m dealing with that. They were rude, and uncooperative. You get jerked around from departments, they do not keep notes, they do not try to help you as a customer at all. Very disappointing. People should know what they’re dealing with before they sign up.

      Every month I'm charged over triple the amount I agreed to When I call the number they're either closed or I have to deal with AI that doesn't know what I'm talking about and won't put me through to a supervisor Every month when I finally talk to somebody they tell me that their crediting me and they fix the problem and it won't happen again Every month I have to call back and start over again I waste at least a couple hours every month dealing with them Today I got hung up on twice I never received my promotion or my proper price plan Every time I try to log in to my account it says I have been locked out

      Verizon has gone down hill badly. Service is horrible and cant ever get an issue resolved. Paying for a charge that was not my fault. False information from representatives.
