Order ****** placed 7/7/23. No shipment update. Emailed company 7/15/23. Automated response stating company will respond in 1-2 business days. No response. Emailed 7/20/23 for refund of $48.94. Automated response stating company will respond in 1-2 business days. No response. Posted claim on ******* Shipment confirmation received 7/28/23. ******* makes false claims on PayPal claims that they communicated. In response, I posted actual screenshots of email conversation showing detailed message of requests and no responses from company. Product received 8/4/23. Product not as described. Shorter than listed details. Emailed company to process refund 8/4/23. Automated response stating company will respond in 1-2 business days. No response. Posted concerns on ******* ******* makes false claims again on PayPal claims that they communicated, produced correct product as detailed in website, and met customer expectations. In response, I posted actual screenshots of email conversation again showing detailed message of requests and no responses from company. Emailed company again today 8/10/23 for refund.Customer Answer

I placed an order with mycomfypant.com. I received one part of my order and the pants were not as advertised. Material was cheap and they did not fit. It was clearly a product made in *****...it had a weird label and nothing was in English. I contacted their "customer service" via email and have not received any response (much less a shipping label as they advertise in their refund policy). I also tried calling the number that is listed on their website and it just rings. I have not received two other items that I ordered at the same time. I purchased an item and them immediately reached out to cancel (after reading the reviews). I tried calling the number, but it was out of service and no one responded to my email. I put in a claim to Paypal. I finally received the item (i tried numerous times to cancel) and it was garbage. Not what i ordered and certainly not worth the money I spend. I tried to call and send another email for a refund and to send the item back but AGAIN no response. I put in a new claim with Paypal. I ordered five pairs of shorts on 7/9/23. My order confirmation states they would ship in 1-3 weeks. On 7/16/23 I realized I had ordered the incorrect size ( size chart not consistent with US sizes). I requested a cancellation of my order due to this. If I had changed my order (not that it was an option, since I have not been contacted) it would not arrive in time for my vacation. I received a automated reply on 7/16 requesting the order number. The order number is in the subject line. I replied back stating this and put the number in the body of the email. I have sent follow up emails on 7/19 and 7/25 in the same email chain.Their automated reply stated they will reply in 1-2 business days. I received another automated reply that was a regurgitation of the first, asking for the order number. I have no faith in this company or my order, that they already received payment for. I purchased pants from this company on June 18, 2023. The pants arrived on around July 8, 2023. The pants did not fit and I sought to return them pursuant to the policy on the website. On the website, you are supposed to reach out for a shiping label to process a return. However, after trying to call and email multiple times, no one has responded to me to process the return. There is no way for me to receive a refund, and I believe the businsess may be fraudulent. *************************************************************** Order Number: ******. After a few weeks, I received my pants in the mail they didnt fit at all, they were way too small which was extremely disappointing. After reviewing the companies website, I contacted them through email on four different occasions and as of yet I have not gotten a response. I ordered 2 pairs of shorts from my comfy pants on 6/20/2023 for the amount the amount of $48.93. I have emailed this company several times regarding my order, which I have yet to received, and I have not gotten any response back. I asked in follow up emails that I have sent for my order to be canceled. I am unable to get a representative on the phone. My order number is ******.
